Excellent appartement, nous y avons séjourné 3 jours et nous en sommes globalement très satisfaits.
L’appartement dispose de tout le confort nécessaire, le métro est très pratique à proximité et il y a beaucoup de commerces autour.
Petits points négatifs : il n’y avait pas beaucoup de papier toilette, nous avons dû en racheter, et on entend assez bien ce qui se passe derrière la porte.
Cela n’a toutefois pas gâché notre séjour. Au contraire, le matin nous étions réveillés par un voisin qui chantait une chanson — c’était très amusant.
Il faisait également un peu frais pendant notre séjour ; nous étions souvent habillés chaudement. Si vous venez en hiver, je conseille aussi d’apporter des chaussons.
Nous avons beaucoup aimé : c’est très mignon et chaleureux.

L'appartement que nous avons loué était vétuste (matelas, canapé, électroménager, casseroles, tout est hors d'âge) faute du propriétaire sur ce point mais à cela s'ajoute un problème de propreté. Un ménage de "fond" est nécessaire. Ayant un enfant en bas âge, il est désagréable de constater : des monticules de poussière sous le lit, sous les radiateurs, sur les plinthes etc... Il y avait de la saleté dans les coins, sur les électroménagers, la vaisselle (sans parler des traces suspectes sur les parois des sanitaires)
Il est à noter que nous avons apprécié pouvoir entrer plus tôt dans l'appartement et votre proposition de rester quelques heure de plus le jour du départ.

Edit après réponse de la Conciergerie:
1- Non l'appartement n'était pas propre!
Un contrôle vidéos, quelle blague, montrent-elles les détails évoqués plus haut? J'en doute ! Si c'est le cas revoyez vos process de vérification.
2- Pour un séjour de 2 nuits nous avons mieux à faire que de vous contacter pour une hypothétique intervention (il semble que nous ayons bien fait vu le déni dans lequel vous êtes)
3- Comment voir sur une photo qu'un matelas est complètement affaissé où qu'il y a un énorme trou au milieu ?

Un étoile parce que c'est pas possible de mettre moins.
Cette conciergerie est tout simplement une ARNAQUE, il n'y a pas d'autre mot pour qualifier cette entreprise.
Aucune possibilité de communiquer par téléphone, loue l'appartement en douce et prend les loyers à la place des proprios, malversations, comptes faux, retient les clefs, insulte quand la relation ce dégrade.
La pire expérience de ma vie, traumatisant au possible.
Non, vraiment, FUYEZ ABSOLUMENT !!!!!!!

We had excellent communication about our stay in Paris from inception to completion.
The apartment was lovely and apart from some issues with electrical equipment not working, it was great .
I would recommend Ali as she responded very quickly to all my questions.

My family and I had a wonderful week-long stay here in Paris. The hosts communicated with us quickly and were very friendly. The apartment was clean, had fresh linens and towels, was stocked with everything we needed, including kitchen supplies, iron and ironing board, washing machine, and cleaning supplies. We’d happily stay there again!

The apartment is perfectly positioned for central Montreux. We enjoyed the proximity to the Jazz Festival and to the station and bars and restaurants.

The cooking facilities in the apartment were good as was the shower and washing machine.

We were surprised to find that there was no handrail for the stairs which meant they were unsafe - particularly as the shelf at the top of the stairs was movable and slipped if you put your hand on it as you got to the top.

Whilst we are both in our 50s we are fit and very able but felt negotiating the stairs at night, in the dark, to use the toilet downstairs was too dangerous, particularly if you had enjoyed a drink, and so we ended up making up beds on the m sofa - which, thankfully was large and comfortable.

As there is only one very small window in the apartment it was hot and uncomfortable at times. We kept the door open when we could, to get some air in, but we could not do this at night as the blinds did not extend to the floor - if they had been full length this would have been an option.

We were both expecting a parcel from the UK but there was no post box and so our parcels did not arrive. We had assumed there was a post box for the address which I do not think is an unreasonable expectation.

I had a lovely stay at the apartment. Ali was a brilliant host and the apartment was very well equipped and clean. It was very easy to access public transport links from the location and felt safe in the area.

I’d definitely stay again😊

The room was too stuffy and had poor sound insulation.

Arrivés gare Montparnasse nous avons rejoint "l'appartement de Kim" rapidement. La conciergerie nous ayant contactés et transmis les instructions à suivre pour accéder à l'appartement nous en avons pris possession sans difficulté.
Tout était comme prévu et conforme aux photos, voire mieux avec en particulier une salle de bain toute neuve et très propre,
Lit fait, linge de toilette impeccable.
Grâce à ses fenêtres en opposition permettant de créer un léger courant d'air l'appartement est resté frais et reposant alors qu'il faisait 33°C dehors température inhabituelle pour des Bretons !
Le quartier est agréable. Tous les commerces pour faire des courses ou se restaurer sont à 2 pas et les stations de métro vraiment proches. Bien logés et bien positionnés nous avons profité pleinement de Paris.

Das Viertel ist sehr gut gelegen. Ubahn und Bus ist sehr gut erreichbar. Es gibt viele schöne Cafés, Restaurants, Bäcker und Supermärkte eine Einkaufsstraße mit vielen Geschäften in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist ruhig uns schön und hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren zwei schöne Wochen dort und würden wieder kommen.

Every thing was good

地理位置十分方便，离地铁站很近。所处街区便利又安全，有许多不错的餐馆和超市，夜晚安静。

분리된 방이 있어서 생활이 너무 편리했고,
사용할 수 있는 주방도구들, 생활도구들이 모두 잘 구비되어 있어서 좋았습니다.
화장실도 깔끔하게 관리되어 있었습니다.

We love this area of Paris and were so happy to find such a nice apartment here. The apartment is very big and has wonderful historic features and charm. The big dining room is incredibly pretty, such a beautiful ambiance for drinking coffee and eating breakfast. The kitchen is very functional and the bathroom shower pressure and hot water is very good. Building access was easy and secure and the instructions sent by the host were very helpful. Two small things to note is that there is no living room/couch and the curtains could use a refresh. We are so glad we found this place and hope to come back and stay longer next time.

Excelente ubicación

It was amazing to be in Paris the apartment was great it is has large space and comfortable , it is near to buses also. There is parking close to building but the fee is too high so I suggest you to keep your car in Barcy 2 it is far 30 minutes by walking (the fee was 30 Eur for 5 days) then keep using the Metro or bus.

Clean and spacious as described. Well situated close to metro stations and many restaurants. Authentic old Parisian apartment.

I arrived to Paris for a long weekend and I love it. The apartment was great. Everything what I needed and the view from balcony is great, perfect for a morning coffey. Host is amazing, very helpful so I recommend for 100 %

Wir haben in Paris ein Airbnb gemietet und hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation war gut und auf fragen wurde schnell geantwortet. Zu Check-in und out gab es klare und verständliche Anweisungen. Gerne wieder.
