I bought this as more of a desk decoration gift for my son. I think it is a great gift for the purpose I bought it for.

The necklace looked nice but you left out the wonderful saying to the daughter that is supposed to be behind it. Just a necklace on the black felt with nothing else. Unfortunately, I'm leaving Friday to visit my daughter at college and give it to her. So I had to find the message online and write it on a sticky note to put into the box.

A small mistake happened when they delivered the wrong necklace from the one I’ve ordered was quickly addressed and resolved.

Horrible customer service. Absolutely no communication. Tried canceling my order. No response. Tried returning. No response. Cheap merch. Awful customer service. Still have heard nothing back

Got the gift fine. Gave to my son. He wore first day to school and the necklace clasp broke and pendant was lost. ( 9/16/22 update. Maker reached out to me about the issue and has sent me a replacement at no cost. Much appreciated and unexpected) thank you for making it right.

Tried to contact regarding a refund for non-shipment of an item. I received no response and no refund. Item was delayed over 12 days and was not communicated as to the reason. Communication was terrible and I would not recommend or use this company again.

Interesting gift for my sons. Overpriced for what was received.

Nice products and great display boxes. My only reason for three stars is that the daughter one came after a week and the son ones showed up a week later only after emails trying to figure out how or when the son’s would arrive.

Wish I read these reviews. I have not received any updates on my order in over a week. No response .. nothing. I would stay away. Can’t believe Facebook allows them to rip people off - I guess they don’t care either.

I ordered a necklace for my wife for our anniversary still have not received after 3 weeks and they told me my address was not valid, what a joke it is a business address been around for over 30 years, so i gave them my home address still no repose basically they stole 59.00 from me. Don't buy anything from them, reporting them to the BBB.

This experience was TERRIBLE!! I ordered 2 products and only received 1. No one has responded to my e-mails and there is no phone number to call…I will not recommend this company to anyone.

You are looking up reviews for a reason. I did the same thing and found these 5 other reviews below that all gave this website a 1 star. I choose to ignore it and told myself maybe I would have a different experience. NOPE. Yes, shipping was average within a week. I was excited about that, until I opened the box for the necklace I was expecting. It was nothing like the photo at all. I legitimately could have got a better necklace at Walmart for a cheaper price, Seriously! So go ahead and close that browse, do not purchase, and continue to find what you are looking for else where. Now, to be fair I did not try to contact customer service because based on other's reviews it wouldn't even be worth my time. So I am going to take my loss and post this review instead to hopefully help others.

Wow. Wish I would of looked at reviews. Guess have nobody to blame but me. Horrible costumer service. They got me for 150$. My order was wrong. Same day I tried to get a hold of someone cause I seen my inventory sheet and had 2 things I didn't order I selected something different. Yet they r telling me they can't do nothing to fix the problem and they will give me 50% of next purchase. Not. I haven't even got my order and its already on its way back. Return policy. Well I will warn you to save the headache.

I ordered a necklace for my wife on the 30th of April for mother's day. They said it would take 8 days for me to get it, that was a lie. It's now mother's day and still no necklace, won't be here till the 14th of may, almost a week later than when it should have been here. Emailing them does no good, because they only have general email responses, won't give you any info, no customer service phone number. In my 24 years of doing business, I've never done business with such a half ass, bullsh*t company like this before, and bet your ass I won't be doing business with these assh*les again

First there is the tricky order form, that hopes you (like me) accidentally order an additional item thinking you are still in the process of ordering the one item you want. Then there is the return policy. You have to pay to ship it back, then they deduct the shipping costs back to you from your refund that they obviously don’t want you to get. At this point you will have bought nothing and paid full price for it. The return policy states that if you return an item that was a gift they will notify the person who bought it for you. That is almost blackmail to get you to keep it. I won’t be ordering from this place again. Also, the quality of the necklace is crap. Don’t do it.
