Kwik Tan Rowley Regis always a pleasure to visit. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Grace and Razz very approachable and friendly - a great asset to the team.

The staff are so friendly, always spotlessly clean, we joined 3 weeks ago and me and the wife look forward to going .3 times per week .we have always found the staff to be very polite and professional. Thanks to all involved. See ya monday

I came today and i was rudely came up to my a staff member, i think her name was Becky if i remember correctly. She was rude and made you feel uncomfortable, i hope to not bump into her again when i come to tan.

a staff memeber named becky, was rude and unwelcoming. when asking questions, she was blunt and made you feel stupid, by that point i didn’t even want to be their and just wanted to leave. she needs to sort her manners out as it was disgusting and a grown adult shouldn’t be speaking like that in her work role.

I am experienced tanner. Used sunbeds for at least a decade. I have been using this tanning shop for a while now.
They got new stand up beds a short while ago, which are brilliant and the latest K11 is truly the best tanning bed I have ever used.
I went on K11 today for the first time.
Jo and Denise were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Jo showed me how to use new K11 step by step. Explained and showed me all the settings. Denise helped me to buy block booking as it is not yet available to buy block booking for K11 online on my Kwik tan account.

Also, just to be fair, all the team at Kwick Tan Castleford is truly amazing. They are always helpful and meets you with a genuine smile.
I highly recommend this tanning shop.
I wouldn't go anywhere else x

Sunderland Branch off Kwik tan the staff are lovely and helpful but company are crafty But in new beds the old tubes were 220watts the new ones 180watts so not as powerful so you use them more pluse charge you more

Been there for over five years but one of the staff had a power trip, and was very rude to me on my latest visit. Tanning shop is a better alternative, staff are very friendly and can actually explain their policies in basic English. Avoid Nottingham City Centre shop.

I’m not sure how other works but Arnold sun beds is the worst case scenario I ever have,the place is go through casino machines you have to clean your sun bed after person who was there your own need to queue don’t know who will come first out then sun beds looks so old and used I did not enjoy time in there can’t tell any good thing about this place

Sunbeds are good but online payment is a joke,I bought minutes to use within an hour,went to my local place an hour later and no minutes don't carry cash or cards as prepay everything so couldn't go on,cost me 18 quid in taxis for absolutely nothing,went again today and still no minutes even though I emailed them 2 days ago about it so another 18 quid wasted on taxis,so think ill use those minutes when I do get them whenever that will be and finding alternative place,as its the 1st time I've used these and if this is a frequent thing nah its no good for me

Staff was lovely but my bed didn’t work. First time trying a sun bed so didn’t know whether it was on or off. Thought it was on no timer showed up or anything I did everything correctly the way they showed me ended up in there way longer coz the bed never turned on in the first place and I didn’t even realise until I asked my friend I went with and she told me it wasn’t on.

I was given about 16 days notice by email they were closing the tanning above a gambling shop,had to use all my minutes( no transfer?)to my other local branch.Tried to use 2 sessions yest.,would not allow me.Hioe to use some today,last day & no refund for any remaining minutes(odd) number,but are still emailing this last week to purchase more.

The sunbed itself is good, but they don’t allow anyone under 18 into the place so I can’t bring my older children to sit in the waiting room. This is a little unhelpful if you’re wanting to pop in whilst in town.

Castleford store really good. Friendly staff and always happy to help if there are issues. Sunbed rooms aways clean and usually someone with a Vac out and cleaning.

Castleford salon is great, staff are helpful and chatty. Never had a problem. All the beds are clean. Free parking in a Sunday

Dodgy place (talking about the one in Staines) where the staff act like mafia people. I usually go there with my dog in a pram. He is old and is scared of being left home alone. There are no signs on the door forbidding dogs and -most of all- I was always allowed to go in. Last time I went though the staff on shift told me I could not go in. The fun part is that he told me that as he was holding a Jack Russell in his arms. (This was the night of the 22nd of May if any stakeholder is reading this review). I thought he was joking at first, but he actually kicked me out. Unbelievable, rude and dodgy.

Spam-happy company. Filled out multiple forms since last year to delete my data because their unsubscribe in their texts doesnt work. Literally been trying since November 2022 and still receive their texts and emails multiple times a week. I have never even used Kwik Tan.

Consistently failed to comply with my GDPR request and continue to receive their marketing emails, texts and everything else.

Have reported to the ICO for their incompetence. Do better.

Not happy with these. After my minutes have come to an end will good somewhere els. Thought they was good not any more had forgotten my card and charge me another pound to get my minutes on another card i’m disgusted

Coin machines steal your tokens without giving you mins , and the staff are not helpful when this happens North Shields
