Highly Dissatisfied – Sudden Suspension & Lack of Support
My experience with KWIK SERVERS has been extremely disappointing due to their handling of service and customer communication.
I purchased an RDP service, which was suspended shortly after activation without any prior notice. The reason cited was a copyright violation (torrent activity)—an activity I did not engage in.
Key Issues Encountered:
Sudden Suspension Without Proof: The service was cut off based on an unverified claim, with no evidence provided or investigation conducted.
Non-Responsive Support: Despite my immediate response to clarify the situation and confirm compliance, I received no feedback. I attempted to reach out via support tickets, email, and even through TEAM while they were online, but my messages were completely ignored.
Lack of Accountability: There was no path to reinstatement, no explanation, and no refund offered after the service was blocked.
Summary of my experience:
Service suspended without warning or substantiation.
Complete lack of customer support following payment.
Poor transparency regarding policy enforcement and client communication.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this provider for those seeking reliable hosting and professional support. There are many other providers that offer better transparency and more professional treatment of their clients.
