I had my hair transplant done recently and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was incredibly professional and very mindful of any anxieties. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made the whole process feel basically painless. I also really appreciated the payment plan, which was zero interest and very accessible. Highly recommend to anyone considering the procedure. I want to give a special shout out to the two wonderful female technicians in Manchester who made my experience just that extra special.

After considering a transplant for a number of months I took the plunge and booked in for a consultation at KSL Manchester. Steve on the day talked me throughly through all the options and I was so impressed I booked in for surgery. Charlie the patient co-ordinator kept in touch numerous times before my surgery day to make sure I knew exactly what to expect, as well as getting my a lovely M&S lunch on the day of my surgery. On the day itself, I was a bit anxious, but needn’t have been. The friendliness, professionalism and kindness of the team were brilliant. I met Dr.Zeeshan who talked me through the procedure and designed my hairline, ensuring I was happy with it all before going through to start the surgery. The procedure itself was painless and Dr.Zeeshan and his team made me feel completely at ease. Follow up after care has been really good with regular check ins during the initial 2 weeks post surgery and I’ve got my first PRP session booked in for next month. Can’t wait to get some confidence back and see my new hair come through over the next year. Cannot recommend KSL and the team at the Manchester clinic enough. Best decision I’ve made in years

From the moment I walked into KSL Clinic Salford, I knew I was in safe hands. The whole experience was incredibly professional, seamless and efficient from start to finish. Everything was so well organised, and at no point was I left wondering what was happening next. The team constantly kept me informed throughout the day, explaining each stage of the procedure and always checking that I was comfortable and okay. Those small touches really make such a big difference and show how much they genuinely care about their patients.

A huge thank you to Dr Zeeshan. His knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail are outstanding. You can immediately tell that he is exceptionally skilled at what he does, and his confidence and expertise put me completely at ease throughout the procedure.

I’d also like to give a special thank you to Sai, Varut and Sabrina and Rut. Their skill, care and dedication were evident throughout the day. They worked incredibly hard, were always reassuring, and treated me with kindness and respect from beginning to end. They should all be extremely proud of the work they do, and the same goes for the rest of the team, who were fantastic. I would love to reach out and ask about there role as it seems like a very interesting job!

A big thank you as well to Charlie on reception. She is so welcoming, down to earth and brilliant with people. She made me feel relaxed from the moment I arrived, and the follow-up calls afterwards have been a lovely touch that really shows the level of care KSL provides doesn’t end when you leave the clinic.

I’m only on day two of my recovery, so it’s still very early, but I’m already really happy with how my new hairline looks and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience so far. I genuinely couldn’t recommend KSL Clinic Salford highly enough. Thank you to everyone involved for making what could have been a nerve-racking experience feel so smooth, reassuring and positive.

The whole team fiza, dr matee literally every single person has been so helpful and supportive. Highly recommend this to anyone considering a hair transplant or any hair procedures. Dr Zeeshan and all the staff at KSL were amazing. They made the whole day effortless. We had a really good conversation before the procedure started to make sure we both were happy with everything first. I had lots of questions and they were happy to answer them all. Lunch was provided and the aftercare products also complementary. This is my second procedure with KSL. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

Just had my third PRP treatment today and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The practitioner was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything throughout the process.

What really stood out was how comfortable and at ease they made me feel. PRP can be a little daunting, but their friendly and reassuring approach made the whole treatment straightforward and stress-free.
