I recently had my first PRP treatment. The experience I had was amazing, after arriving feeling nervous I was put at ease straight away by a friendly team that make you feel like part of the furniture. The treatment was no where near as painful as I thought it was going to be and this partly due to the lady carrying out the treatment being so lovely. Looking forward to my next session and seeing the KSL family again.

After many years of procrastinating, I finally had my hair transplant at KSL Hair Clinic in Maidstone on 19th August 2025 and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Everything from my first contact to the day of the surgery has been excellent.

From the start, Sam was fantastic. He was my initial point of contact and made the whole process clear and easy to understand. Harrington has also been brilliant both before and after the procedure, always available to answer questions and check in on how things were going.

A huge thank you to my surgeon Dr Nishal, who carried out the transplant. He explained everything thoroughly and made the entire experience stress free.

I also want to mention my amazing technicians, Martin and Faye (and special guest Summer). They were all excellent, highly skilled and so supportive throughout the procedure. They made sure I was comfortable and relaxed the whole time, which really made a difference.

The whole team at KSL Maidstone are professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I’m very happy with how everything went and I’m looking forward to seeing the results over the coming months.

Right from the first consultation you can tell that this is a professional, well run clinic. You get an honest, no nonsense assessment of what can and cannot be achieved and step by step overview of the procedure itself, what is involved and your part in making it a success. My surgical team were obviously highly skilled in all aspects of the proceedure which, although obviously a little uncomfortable at times, was a rather pleasant experience overall. The aftercare package provided contained all of the products needed for recovery and detailed instructions on how to look after your new hairline. Results, one week on, look great.

Very professional, pleasant and accommodating service. Following multiple procedures would recommend for anyone considering a hair procedure.

If you are thinking about a Hair transplant, then save yourself the anxiety of choosing a clinic because KSL have got to be the best round. From the consultation, everything was explained in detail, with no immediate pressure to book a procedure. On the day of the Transplant, DR Nish and his team were very knowledgeable, patient and professional from the word go. I'd like to thank them personally for their brilliant work throughout the procedure. The surgery is clean, tidy and comfortable and I will be booking some PRP treatments with them. Cannot wait to see the results during the next few months.

I’ve received 2 out of 4 PRP treatments and the experience has been great. It is quite painful during the procedures but the staff have been great and I’ve started to see some results.

I have attended this clinic for the last 4 years having had two transplants and follow up treatments. In my opinion it is THE outstanding hair treatment clinic in Kent . The surgery and standards of care are faultless . The results are outstanding and for anyone experiencing hair growth problems , I would recommend visiting this Maidstone clinic. For affordable treatment with life changing results , it’s the best place to go .

I couldn’t recommend the KSL Clinic enough. The whole experience from start to finish was very informative from my initial consultation to the actual procedure, every time I made contact with KSL during the healing stage I always received a response with reassurance. On the day of the procedure I was feeling quite nervous but the staff made me feel at ease and talked me through the whole process so I knew what was going happen and when. After the procedure I was given an aftercare package to take home which contained a step by step itinerary on the healing process and what to do on what day. I found this very useful and everything that I needed for this process was given to me. I have since had one round of PRP treatment to help the regrowth and am booked in for another one tomorrow. I had my procedure in December 2024 and we are now 6 months down the road and I’m so pleased with the results. I look back on old photos and am shocked by the results of the hair transplant and wish I had done it sooner.

Had my 1st PRP treatment with Kelly about a month ago, she made me feel so comfortable, was so easy to talk to which helped distract me from the needles. Looking forward to the next one soon.

I had a great experience with ksl from start to finish. The initial consultation (lee) was informative and exciting! The communication from their office (danni) was detailed and all dates requested were met. When arriving i was met by Sam who shared his experience and witnessed all the first stages along with helping me decide on the perfect hairline which was also reassuring. I had my op with Dr Nishal and his team Gosha and Milat. The team made it a very relaxing experience and took any fear away, i even managed to sleep for parts of it.The recovery was detailed and all expectations were delivered.
