Do not buy from KrisShop. Non existent after sales support. I bought Hoverair X1 and was trying to get replacement batteries that swell. No response via email, chatbot or phone. Emailed Hoverair and they can't do much because KrisShop is not an authorised reseller for them! Now I am stuck with faulty product and no recourse!!
Non -responsive Kris Shop
A Travel adaptor bought from Kris Shop while flying in Singapore Airlines turned out to be defective during very first use. Kris Shop has been non-responsive and Singapore Airlines is avoiding responsibility though their crew sold it in-flight.

Sub Standard Customer Service
Does not even warrant the 1Star I am giving it. After being given a $200 voucher as a goodwill gesture I now find the item cannot be posted to Australia. Only SQ address. What a waste of time. Singapore airlines has lost it well and truly. 3 emails and still no response.

Which consultancy did this? This website is atrocious and deserving of the 1star reviews they have gotten.
- Search does not work: Searching exact product names will still throw you something else totally different. What's the point of the search then?
- UX not intuitive: I spent so long trying to pay for my products to realise that the product I choose can only be bought with miles. Then whats the point in showing the non-miles amount?????
- Business process not organised: Registered for a $15 promotion. After spending days waiting for my promo code, to realise after reading the T&Cs that they will only email end of the month? What is this slowness? Why cannot immediate?
- Overall, bad UX. Did the consultancy even do usability testing or talk to users? Who is the product owner.
- Wouldn't want to use this website but I have to use my SIA gift voucher. No way to filter out product that accepts non-miles. Majority of the items I clicked are "full miles redemption".
- A simple payment process took me hours.
1 star is too much for Krisshop - Don't bother
Always emails and incentives from Singapore Air for Krisshop. I've been trying to purchase something for 2 weeks with ZERO success. I get as far as entering an OTP for my purchase to then get the message "There is an issue with your payment. Please try to place this order again." Have tried with multiple cards, same message. Customer support is zero. Despite requesting assistance and getting the standard message "we will get back to you in 3-5 working days", you never hear from them ever again. Calling is also a waste of time. I just tried the same transaction again. Still same issue.They can quite honestly take their shop offline because it's useless and so are they.

I ordered 2 Penfold Grange at a discounted price and was told there was a stock issue 2 months ago and didn't honor the deal. They were still advertising it for sale but at a higher price. I have yet to receive my refund or even a reply till today.
I have repeated email and also chatted to them online and it's always the same reply that they have a high volume of queries and will reply in 3-5days.. it has been over that period!! What kind of dishonest business are they running here!
Insane delivery costs!
I wanted to use two vouchers that SQ gave me as an excuse for a service flaw on a recent flight. All the items I wanted (electronics) were not available for inflight delivery. So I chose home delivery (to Europe). For 170 SGD (120 EUR) in goods I was told to pay 204 SGD (144 EUR) ADDITIONALLY for delivery!!!!

I am not sure if Singapore Airlines or it's corporate reviewing this company providing the Krisshop. The entire service provided is below average.
They are not available via email or calls. The call automated message states average wait time is 3 minutes but no agents pickup up the call even after 15min wait.
When we order, they mention that the order will be delivered in 3-5 days. It has been 7 days since the order was made and have not received the order yet.

Krisshop must not be related to Singapore Airlines. It is an absolute disgrace. I ordered something expensive, and when I received it - it was missing most of the parts ! Sent 10 emails. No response.
It's a disgrace. SQ need to shut it down. It reflects badly on a great airline. And yes, I will be taking it further because I have had no sensible answer.

Unacceptable service
Ordered 3 items from KrisShop but only 2 came. Called their customer service number and takes forever for someone to answer, but I thought I was lucky when I got a hold of them twice (Haziq & Rashmi) and both promised to either call or email back, but it has been a month now and still nothing. Also someone mentioned about flyer miles here. Yes, a lot of false advertising. They promised 11 miles to SGD1 spent on 11.11 on selected items, but if you go in and see, none of the items are shown as 'selected'. So you can buy 20 items and they can simply tell you those are not the selected items. Furthermore, they just closed the case when I tried to locate my item on their delivery tracking system. Now when I enter my order reference number, it shows 'no matches'. Don't know why SIA uses them when KrisShop can't get this right. With the standards that SIA hold, this is the complete opposite!

If you have many points to use up like I do and you live in uk or outside of Singapore, they are asking for items delivery three times the value of the item . It’s absolutely shocking and things are never in stock if you wanted to pick them up on your flight. It’s just bad . Singapore airlines you need to do better than this !!!!!!!

Worst customer service! No replies no package after a month of placing my orders. I have miles/points expiring so I decided to buy gifts from this site. And the fact that I’m not using Singapore Air anymore because their Premium economy is not premium at all. Bad service bad business.

UTTERLY disappointed with Krisshop services.
Item was not delivered after 3 months and did not bother to reply my emails after 1 month.
Contacting Krisshop via telephone gave more frustrations - the calls were either never picked up or hanged up immediately after it was connected.
End outcome - refund within 4 weeks AFTER the 3 months of NO service delivery.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING FROM KRISSHOP

I'm a Singaporean and have always been proud of our national airline Singapore Airlines (SQ), which manages KrisShop. After the non-existent service mentioned below, I'll never bother with SQ again. In fact, am embarrassed now, to have such a national airline.
I placed an order of a toaster on KrisShop. Guess what they sent me ? An egg boiler !
Tried to reach out to KrisShop over 3 days via email, phone and online chat, to no avail.
For the online chat, they eventually responded 2 hours later. No one has the time to wait 2 hours for a response ! As I wasn't online anymore, I received an automated email from ZenDesk. That was how I knew.
Phone call - each time I called, I patiently waited for ONE hour. I was put on hold time and time again. No one bothered answering. Unbelievable !!!
Till today, I still have not received my toaster and I have no use for an egg boiler sitting in my cupboard taking up unnecessary space.

Poor delivery service both Krisshop and Speedpost are responsible
I’m extremely disappointed in the delivery service provider for my iPhone order. Speedpost. They do not call before hand on when they deliver and they do not deliver at a desired time. If they need me to be around to receive the order, they should arrange a specific time so I don’t have to wait around at home. You should employ ninja van or Shopee express for your delivery as they will arrange or even call when they deliver. For this 3rd attempt, I have waited since 8am in the morning today and it hasn’t arrived. Now it’s 6pm. Past 2 attempts they deliver in the morning. Now they decide to deliver late. What kind of games are they playing. With the delay and repeated attempts at delivery, how do they protect the integrity of the phone?? This is unacceptable of a National posting service that has been doing deliveries for a long time. Krisshop should also be responsible for this behaviour and unprofessional way of delivering goods. For engaging such delivery service provider, I’m very disappointed with Krisshop. This is the worse service I have received. And I will not recommend Krisshop to anyone!!!
