Alessio Ianiello, certainly seems to know his onions, and I hope they bring tears to the eyes of the company we are trying to claim back finances from. The initial claim seems expertly put together and we are just waiting back to hear their retort, which currently seems delayed so hopefully that is also in my favour. When you have nothing, you have nothing to lose and without these guys helping me I certainly would have nothing, so any reward will be most welcome.

Legitimate "no win no fee" solicitors who proactively reached out to me regarding a pensions mis-selling scenario and did all the legwork and claim submission process.

Let's see if I'll ultimately get anything but whatever they manage to get will be a bonus so they deserve their cut.

Without this company I would have lost all my money, they gave me such good advice and were so patient and not forgetting their professionalism & competency. This matter was so long & drawn out. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone, I really can’t fault them

I withdrew my application within 14 days for a claim back in February.

I have since been contacted nearly two weeks ago advising that they have received my withdrawal and that if I proceed with my withdrawal that I will potentially be charged.

I contacted their email address within a day of getting this email and called asking for clarification as it caused me considerable anxiety. I was originally informed over the phone that Thursday they would be in touch within 48hours to confirm I was not liable to pay or to give me more information so I might look to continue the claim if i was liable to pay.

Fast forward to today and still no clarity on the matter. Originally this would have been a very positive review as I felt they responded to my original withdrawal email from February in a timely and proactive manner. Now to be left with just concern that I am going to be charged despite not using their services 9 months later.

I hope they reach out to clarify so I can adjust this review.

Unfortunately due to the outcome it wasn't a 5 star experience but the company had provided a professional service and would recommend them. The company knows what they are talking about.

I find that i had a claim that was worth nearly 11 thousand pound settled out of court without consultation leaving me with just under 2 thousand pounds a disgrace. As long as they got their money stuff the client, if i would have know they were going to do this i would have tried to persue the claim myself. I feel ripped off to a great extent, i would not use this company again so if you are claiming and they try to use these as third party solicitor you need to refuse their services.

Keller Postman are excellent. Very thorough, efficient, helpful and they have kept me informed at every stage of the legal process. I highly recommend them.

Well what a surprise, NOT.
Yet again I receive an email from this company requesting more information that I have already provided numerous times, and then when I phone them, they admit that they already have all of it on file.
It really seems to me that the only thing this company is any good at is wasting their clients time.
Perhaps I should send them a bill for all of my time they have wasted.

No one hears of them for years once they have your information sure they’re taking money. Also someone said they asked for bank details and sent money that’s not correct with claims it’s always a check in your name something isn’t rite here.

This company appears to be a scam! they initially state that you can either be an owner of the vehicle or have leased it. I clearly stated that I leased the vehicle and waited about 6 months. They told me that my claim was in the court! then they state that I cannot claim and the claim is cancelled as I was not the owner of the vehicle!
