Controller failed after just 4 rides. Company have been a complete nightmare to deal with. Now ignoring my emails despite accepting responsibility and offering a refund if I pay to return the product to Chine at a cost of £60.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SHABBY PRODUCT THAT WILL FAIL AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK OR RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT

No answer to emails, false advertising, cancel the purchase through theirs website but not through paypal. They are complete impossible to get a response from. I would avoid at all costs.

I’ll be reporting to trading standards.

Crazy to think all the 5 star reviews were posted on the exact same day... I was gonna buy a kit but after seeing the blatant docked reviews I think I will give it a miss! Please be cautious of this if you're planning on buying one!

I bought one of andys kits. Firstly none of the spokes were straight. I mailed customer support (haha) about my concerns for safety thinking it was to Andy in the uk. Not the case. They (china) eventually responded insisting that it was ok. I then inspected the parts closely and discovered it was junk. I now have to go to the trouble of returning it at my expense.

Bought a kit, had to keep chasing and chasing for delivery and tracking information. Finally product arrived and it was not as described. Pictures showed a full black wheel and rim, you will receive a black wheel with a silver rim. This company is falsely advertising, as when I questioned this, their reply was I needed to upgrade for a full black wheel and rim. So pretty obvious their deceiving to upsell. Luckily I paid through PayPal so I received full refund as they ruled in my favour "not as described." You do not deal with Andy Kirby you deal with a 3rd party in China with an email that is under a completely different name. If you still want to go ahead with a purchase from kirbebike, please use PayPal as you will probably need the protection on your purchase.

The e bike I’ve bought from kirbebike.com is truly amazing from the test ride to currently using it to commute to work it’s just a solid reliable piece of kit, the guy who sold it to me (Andy) is a pure gentleman, it was a breath of fresh air to meet and speak to someone who actually cares about his products.. great value, excellent quality, fantastic service!, I would highly recommend anyone looking for high level parts and ebikes to look Andy at kirbebike.com up. in my opinion you will walk (ride away) very happy.

Amazing service from Andy, I bought a kit from him and wanted some upgrades 6 months later and he sorted everything for me. Would recommend.

Unfortunatley very poor experiance if anything goes wrong with the product. I purchased the 1500W eBike kit from a UK seller with the idea that if anything went wrong they would help me. This was not the case. The eBike wheel has gone faulty and they are refusing the repair under warranty. Wanting me to pay for the shipping of replacement parts and also fit the parts myself. I am not sure they understand how to process of a faulty warranty return is supposed to occur.

Avoid if you can better experiance buying direct from China. (Which is where they dropship from anyway)

Scam company I have Andy discord and other numbers he's a mug taking people money i purchased a controller after the first time using it it failed they confirmed a fault on there side but they have since stolen £35 off me for a replacement shipping and now im being ignored for 3 months Andy Kirby you tramp

This company is SCUM. Avoid at all costs. Products and services are pure excrement. I'm an engineer helping a good man to build his e bike. used it for 10 min and then the control unit failed. They are not responding to his request to have a replacement and keep leading him on wild goose chases. after looking online to find a replacement it seems that they are hard to find with exact spec (power ratings / connections ect). Having no other option I opened the unit to see if something can be done to find it riddled with corrosion.

Received goods fine. Everything seemed fine at first then discovered the battery was bad. Tried contacting customer services but only replied once a week if lucky. They eventually agreed to returning the battery. After agreeing they then stopped replying to messages. Expected more especially as this is backed by a well known youtuber.

This company is affilliated to Ncyclebike in China.
I recently placed an order with Ncyclebike through the Alibaba trading platform, I paid $425.00 shipping and was promised a deliver of 7-10 days it took over 90.
When it arrived it was faulty and from there the lies and deciet that I recieved is unprecedented.
Although the faulty goods were returned and I have proof of this, they denied having it.
Dont deal with either Ncyclebike or Kirbebike.
