Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. It was my first and last time ordering from them.
No item and no refund
I would give them 0 stars if it were an option. I ordered $300 worth of merchandise for my elderly father. The order arrived and was missing 2 of the items that I ordered, but had 3 tank tops that would not have worked for anyone in my family. After several e-mails and no response about the missing items, I finally called. One of the items was backordered and that was cancelled. The second item was mistakenly swapped out with the unusable tank tops. They won't send the missing items unless I return the mistaken items. Which would mean a several week turnaround, and, according to my state's consumer protection laws, I do not have to return at all. After being put on hold for several minutes, I was hung up on. I am out $53.99. I would advise anyone else thinking about doing business with this company to run quickly in the other direction.
Terrible shorts, terrible customer service
1st time ordering from king size, the shorts I ordered looked good. 1st time I wore them the whole backside ripped out, not the seam. Called customer service to be told because I wore them, there was nothing they could do. Will never order again

BEWARE!!! Their billing is terrible. You pay off their bill in full and then they turn around and bill you $2 the next month. Then, if you don't pay it, you get a $37 late fee added. I was on paperless billing and since I had paid in full did not know I even owed anything until it showed up on my credit report. I thought it was just an add or sale so i did not open emails. I cannot believe how they can keep charging you. Now my bill is $138 Please be careful, if you pay your bill off, add $2 or you will continue to be charged and then interest on top of that. I called to speak to a representative, but he was SOOO rude and hung up on me because I asked him how could they continue to charge someone who's paid off their bill. BEWARE, you will be ripped off!

They have the worst customer service the polos I normally get the moisture wicking ones are now $67 used to be $24, I hate this company their shipping and their return policy. I did find these awesome polos on Amazon by Red Cap they are like $22 and the material is great and so is the collar and they are also moisture wicking, I hope kingsize direct dies cause on their customer service and high prices while masking themselves as a cost effective company for big fellas. Just search for Red Cap Mositure Wicking Polos on Amazon, they go up to 6x.
Another bad experience with King Size
I gave them another shot after a previous bad experience with never getting an item and having to get a refund. I ordered shirts on 5/6. I went out of town for about four days and was sent an email that my order shipped on 5/8. Here it was now 5/17 and when i called multiple times, all I get from king size is "we show your item shipped. The printed a shipping label on 5/8 is what they did. Then they sent out thier item was arriving at a carrier on 5/15 and out for delivery. I finally called Fed Ex and they said yes, they said a package was arriving for us to deliver however, we never received it. I call King Size back today (5/28) and all the guy does is tell me he put in a request for me to get a refund in a few days. These guys have horrible communication, expensive shipping and incomplete orders.

Didn't get a receipt
I purchased two pairs of pants. They charged my credit card but didn't send me a receipt and there was no tracking. I called to ask for the receipt, but they just gave me a tracking number. It took a month to get it, and when I went to return one pair of pants, I asked for my receipt. I asked 3 times for it, but Joy just kept explaining to me how to make a return. She just kept telling me to take them to the post office and get a label. The price they show on their site is also different than what is charged on your card and from what they tell you if you call. The one pair of pants was "ok" the other pair was cut comically small, even though it said "relaxed" fit. They said they didn't have my email yet bombard me with 2-5 emails a day with coupons. I wouldn't order from this company again.

If I could give King Size a zero I would. Worse company ive ever delt with. First ordered shorts then never got them. Apparently put in wrong box and neighbor eventually gave them to me. They sent me wrong size. Then of course no way to send them back without paying money or at least I thought so. 3 phone calls later told about happy return lol joke it worked on my end took it to ups like Amazon orders and returned. Then wait over a month for no refund call again finally told I will receive my refund in another 5 to 7 business days. They try everything to get out of paying you yiur money back even when it’s there stupid employees fault for putting the wrong shorts in the mail. So far whole process above 4 phone calls 7 weeks in. I’m never ordering from them again I’d rather be inconvenienced and drive 40 minutes to the nearest dxl. Never will I order from King Size again terrible people to deal with.

Got scammed into membership fees that were not disclosed at all. I didn’t consent for them to autocharge my card. Thankfully used a virtual card and reset my card number. Screw this company. Clothing was cheaply made, never fit. Ugh I’m furious.

No problem they gave me a discount disorder was placed and paid for on April 3, so why would I wake up on April 5 to see that they hit my account again for another $98 they are programmed and trying to tell you everything to anger you, but not to straighten it out so now I have to literally go to my bank and file fraud on king size I dealt with this company two years ago, who was charging me every month for a membership to their king size without my permission and not even knowing until going back and checking my account their customer service reps are rude. I can show seven calls to this company where they curse you they hang up on you they tell you they don’t have a supervisor or you have to hold for a supervisor 2025 minutes to be hung up on.
