“I would advise against going here. Look for an alternative, as this place seems focused on profit. I was previously seen here and was informed that I needed to consult a specialist, which required me to book another appointment. After four months of waiting, I reached out again, knowing I still needed to see a specialist. However, the receptionist told me the previous dentist had left, meaning I would have to start the process all over again with a new dentist. This new dentist would then determine if a specialist referral was necessary, essentially resetting my entire treatment plan. The receptionist I spoke to was not only argumentative but also had a poor attitude. Keeping staff like this will likely result in losing more patients.”
