Wonderful service. I am so thankful for Brian’s work. Quick response to urgent roof leak, honest and professional service and most importantly knew what they were doing.

COWBOYS – AVOID! We originally got Kingdom Roofline to do a repair on our roof. Once they had started, it turned out to be a bigger job than they had originally estimated and advised that really the whole roof needed replacing. We had seen that coming and stupidly agreed to let them do the job. They proceeded to strip the roof without scaffolding of a funnel in place, throwing the old tiles off the roof into the garden, causing a fair bit of damage. The new roof went on with the sides finished with what they called end caps. It didn’t all look perfect but then it’s an old house? After the first windy day, some of the end caps were off and others had twisted. Kingdom Roofline did come back and put everything straight(ish) again. After the next windy day, it was a mess again. This time, despite numerous phone calls and messages, they never came back to fix it.

Some six months later we had the big storm Eowyn. Several tiles came loose on different parts of the roof. “Storm damage, not covered by warranty” said Kingdom Roofline. So the old roofs on two houses right next to us survived undamaged, our new roof was a mess but this apparently had nothing to do with the quality of their work. I also raised the issue of the end caps which they should have fixed ages ago twice more, but this was conveniently ignored. We got another, trustedtrader rated roofer out who shook his head, explained in detail where corners had been cut and sloppy work been done and is now putting things right at considerable cost to us.

Asked King Roofing to look at my roof, and an appointment was made and they arrived, were really friendly, and helpful and said they could do the work, and they would send a quote. I am still waiting, that was months ago, despite making contact several time since not even the manners to reply, if they don't want to do the job, just say so. To be just ignored not knowing if they are sending a quote or not is just so unprofessional.

How can they say on the web site,
"family run business has developed a great reputation for excellent service and high quality workmanship"

How can they say this If they do not even reply?

This happens more and more with "professional businesses" and I hope others will do the same and review / warn other people not to waste time with these people if they do not have the courtesy to reply and just play games like children.
