I had bought a car from this place that I had other garages confirm they definitely wiped all of the warning lights of the dashboard, getting in contact with them and trying to find a solution was and still is impossible. No wonder they only give you a months warranty!! A couple thousand pounds later to fix this car, was no point buying this car if I knew it needed a whole transmission replaced, which I can assure you is very expensive. I should have trusted the other reviews before buying and I hate myself for taking a risk with these people. I cannot stress enough do not buy from this garage!!!

Don't even deserve one star. Rude and dodgy cars being sold. Was told to remove bad review I posted before they would give refund on car which was faulty and bought from them. Be very careful about this company. Also trading as "used vehicle parts "at same address read their reviews first. Were very intimidating when we went to return their car and collect the one we part exchanged.

Scam company!! They sell faulty cars with fake paperwork. Saying up to date service history but found out it’s been 6 years since last one. Car faults costing more then cost of car. Company just throw insults and hang up phone calls and refuse to deal with it! AVOID AT ALL COST

Hi everyone just right now I come from.thus dealer it's true what say those people but me.self I'm.not buy nothing it's true about the extra charge with fee 200 and I drive aprox 1 hour 30min to see a car or two but afther that the dealer say no its to much so I left and when I usk who will pay for the trailer if it's broken the car he say me
..🤔😆😆😆 who i usk again ..wow I don't like at what he say so I'm.not.buy nothing good for me ..just I lost half me day to go there and was cheap foe me like another so me opinion go there if you have time and test go to the garage to check for you and then buy the car if not don't good luck

I just read reviews here. And to be honest half of thing what people say he done to me as well. Mever mentioned about £200 fee. I bought ford focus from them 2015. Car looked good. First thing when i came to buy it tyre senser lighted up on dash board. He apologised and said its was standing here for long and asked me to just check the tyre in some garage. So i asked is thats the only problem and he said yes everything in the car was done, car was just serviced etc. So i payed and he said i will receive my V5 with in a month. Its been nearly 4 months. And each time i call him ask him where is v5 he tells me some ridiculous excuse. So i called DVLA and to my surprise this cra still belongs to garage. They never sended any documents out. And thats just a little part of my issues with them. Week after i got my car its stopped starting. So i called them because i had month warranty. For him to tell me go to garage fix it and we will refund money. I took it to garage and find out battery was dead. So i replaced battery. Called them again next day to hear that i had to bring car to their garage. Not fix it my self and they wont cover anything. And when i said it wont work with me he said Im stupid i probably don’t know qhat light are and i kept them on thats why battery died. Then he started threatening me. Never ever i experienced so much discrimination, abuse, rudeness, threats from anyone at all. Oh also car dnt had any window wipes. I haven’t noticed it when got car. And its illigal to sell car from dealership if it wont pass MOT same day. Next thing i realised thats there no coolant. I took it to my garage to find out there is coolant leak. And uts been there for over 3 months. And i had car for 1,5 weeks at that time. When i called him and he told me cnt be he checked everything night before.( seen same things in other reviews). Thats when i asked him to see certificate if he is fully qualified mechanic because ithers wise he can’t check car. Also i tried return car after a week and been told that he wont refund me everything. That he will refund me £2k less. I informed trading standards, DVLA if all people gona compain to trading standards that place gona be closed. I was wondering how many more people they scammed. And i was right i wasn’t the first or last. Never get car with them. Im now on last steps before court. I was lucky that i have all proof i need to win court. Hope everyone who had issues woth them managed to sort it.

I have purchased a car from these people and had to take it back three times within two months .The car keeps losing power and I cannot drive it through fear that my life is at risk ! The dealer wants to charge me £700 for milage. I have not recieved evidence of service / diagnostic results / mechanics work that should have been done .I am waiting for a full refund. Looks like I will have to take this through legal avenues . The car is a peagot 3008 Suv DEATH TRAP losing power and consuming excessive amounts of fuel. I would like to get in touch with BEATRIX VASELOVSKY customer who also purchased a car (SUV power issues ) I'm curious to see if this is the same car ???

I've had TWO independent diagnostic tests done that BOTH reveal Codes and engine management light is back for the SECOND time . The website states NO ADMIN CHARGES I was charged £200

An overall poor experience at this dealer. Also seem to have a trade name 'Deals on Wheels' The first surprise was the £200 admin charge which wasn't mentioned on the Auto trader or Car gurus advert. The second was the the fake oh too glowing 5 star Google review someone submitted with my name as the author! Within a week the clutch failed, not their fault afaik. Their mechanic fitted a new clutch under warranty. Then the clutch hydraulics failed 2 days later, which was a loose pipe, and the reservoir cap has fallen off/disappeared. They tried to charge me £37 for the cap. I was accused of interfering with the car as there no way "their mechanic could have left it like that!" They also would not cover the two recovery charges. (nearly £500). And no V5 after a month waiting, I had to apply for one myself, as after phoning DVLA it turns out they hadn't even bothered doing that. Caveat Emptor!

Absolutely crap company. I had to get a diagnostic because there was a weird noise every time I accelerated and it turns out the gear box needed replacing so I handed the car back to the company for them to "check themselves" in their own garages as they ironically didnt trust the other mechanic's quote, even though it was the gear box and they fixed it "apparently" but who knows. Well now I've had an engine code 82 and 89 along with other codes, and now I'm being told that the water pump and Thermostat is damaged and need to be repaired at £500 which the warranty company will only cover £130 of despite this being failure and not wear and tear, which I'll have to legally appeal against, and this is all so the mechanic needs the water pump to work in order to diagnose what's wrong with the engine and god knows how much that's going to cost. Absolute bunch of con artists. And judging by the similar reviews I'm seeing I'll never buy from this crap company again. Dirty people.

These people are a joke. I would give 0 stars if that would be an option. We bought an SUV from these guys on the 14th of May. It was said and advertised that the car is in perfect working condition. We’ve made a 4 hour journey to them to make the transaction. Paid them outright, took the car and while I was joining the A1 motorway, all of a sudden the car went into limp mode, not going over 40mph, as it developed a serious mechanical fault. A lorry nearly swept us off the road, we escaped by a thread from being killed in a horrible accident. We managed to get off the motorway and took the car back to them. They supposed to fix it and deliver it latest by the 17th of May. This was 6 weeks ago, they still haven’t provided us with the car. They basically scammed us out of £4,099 and nearly killed us with a faulty car that is basically in unknown condition in an unknown location to this day. We are in the process of filing a case with Trading Standards and a police investigation is ongoing for the theft of my vehicle. Please avoid these guys at all cost, save your money and time and go elsewhere where your life is not in danger. How this dealership is treating us is beyond any way of comprehension. It’s the most appalling experience we’ve ever had in our lives!

I’ve took a car out on finance, a Citroen C4. On the pictures wasn’t any visible scratches or faults but it wasn’t the same in real life. Also the car is showing dashboard messages saying: “engine fault: repair needed” “ABS fault: repair needed” yet they said to trust them and the car is fine. The Full Service History situation was the same like with the other guy, I’ve got service history for the past 3 years, not from the past 10.

A completely and utterly dishonest dealer. Please do not trust a word they say.

1. I paid extra for a warranty. I queried whether it would cover PHV/taxi work after receiving a schedule saying it was excluded. I was told this was for the free 30 day warranty. He held back the 12 month warranty paperwork until after delivery and it also excluded PHV/taxi work. I have asked for a refund but heard nothing.

2. The car was sold as 'full service history'. The most recent record provided was on 11 Nov 2018 which is over 5.5 years ago. Hardly a FSH. Definitely a blatant lie.

3. I have had the car checked and have spend over £1000 putting issues right. The air filter had not been changed for a long time, possibly since new. Rear and front pads all needed changing. Both front inner rack ends, lower arms and track rod ends needed replacing. It needed a DPF regen. Both rear tyres need replacing.

Please be warned. Take your business elsewhere.
