I was experiencing difficulties charging a battery for my new VolantexRC P51d so I emailed kidstoylover. I had emailed them before regarding an unrelated customer request and both times I received a prompt reply and I was very impressed. With my battery I spoke to Xiang who was clear, to the point, respectful and helped me resolve the issue quickly, overall very professional. I highly recommend dealing with Kidstoylover.

How does this company stay in business?
I purchased a J20 model plane from them months ago. When it arrived, two of the 3 wheels were sticking badly. First they said that this is normal, and I should just get used to it. They said I could try to free up the wheels, but I had already spent half an hour trying. So I asked for a return authorization and refund. Instead, KidsToyLover sent me 3 new wheels. TWO OF THEM WERE JAMMED! Now they say they will refund me - if I ship the plane back at my expense, from Canada to New South Wales! That would cost as much as I paid for this product (I am not saying "what it is worth", because that is closer to $10.00). This was a huge mistake from the start and a warning to others.

Dear Richard,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced with your J20 model plane. As a company that regularly films promotional videos showcasing our products, we have tested the ground-gliding takeoff of this model and have not encountered any issues. Additionally, we have sold a significant number of these planes without receiving similar complaints about the wheels from other customers.
When you initially informed us about the issue before using the product, we promptly sent replacement wheels to resolve the problem. We regret that you encountered similar difficulties with the new wheels. We completely understand your frustration and agree to process your refund.
Please return the product to the following address:

Amazing plane
This plane is worth every penny of it. Very easy to assemble and flies like a real plane. Be prepared for spectators joining your experience.
The motor is extremely powerful and it is quite easy to take off and land in water. The plane's electronics are covered with insulating material so there is no effect from getting soaked in water. You just need to let the plane get dry and it will work fine again.

Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage, made from the cheapest, crap styrofoam know to man, damaged in the box, I paid $60.00 for this junk, literally looks like something you get at the dollar store, DO NOT BUY from this company, buy the way they don’t respond to emails so I can’t return it!

2 faulty planes
I bought 2 planes. The thing was so bad in condition.
We just took it out from box and it easily cracked itself so we cannot use any of them.
My husband was way too disappointed so he throw them into trash bin straight away.
I felt so bad for him, for our waiting time and our money as well.
I wished I didnot buy that things ..
