I want to inform you that I have placed another order because the parcel from my previous order never arrived.
The courier you used lost the parcel and despite several emails asking for help and investigation, I have not received any resolution, refund, or update about the missing item.
Because I urgently need the part, I was forced to purchase it again from you.
Please make sure this new order is delivered properly. I hope at least this parcel arrives.

Great parts advice, OK overall service
I was very pleased to be given advice about the parts I needed for my Picanto and the parts were supplied at a competitive price. However, I did have to chase the delivery and the parts were delivered 5 days later than originally advised. When the parts arrived, the cabin filter was squashed and deformed but overall the service was ok.
