Khaos Control Anmeldelser 

Used Khaos Control Cloud for about a year. Slick integration with ebay, and with Mailchimp which where the main things I needed as a startup business. The help videos where good, so setup was straight forward.

A couple features would love to see in future, but for what you get for the money - couldn't really ask for more.

Excellent product, helpful support, it has help me to manage my stock, orders and courier labels from one single solution. The set up training was useful when trying to find my feet with the system too.

Well where can i start!!! Firstly which I would love if I could give them 0 stars.
I have to say this was probably the most horrendous experience I have had with another company, if I was to go on with all the issues with their software I’m sure it would turn in to a essay. I will note the main points just so future customers do not get sucked in to their sales talk which promises to deliver the world but in fact don’t even deliver the bare minimums!!
the simplest things the capabilities you expect khaos control software to offer they don’t, we are a multi channel business and the way the 'salesman' explained it was completely different to how it actually is, first of all the software cost 30k which we are out of pocket we decided to call it a day after trying to make the software work for us for over two years, the amount of man hours we spent trying to use the system and link all our items and various other things khaos control required. As part of our system we sell on Amazon and eBay, now the whole point of a integrated system is to do pull the order all the way up till sending the tracking number to the customer, Khaos control manually you have to take each order through a process just to get it shipped out and the worst thing about it if you are using royal mail as a carrier they can’t even send the tracking number directly to the customer!! what kind of nonsense and when we bought this up with khaos team ( would rather not name our project manager, even though our project manager who was given to us he was a trainee so he didn’t really even know the system after us paying 30 k great on you khaos) anyways back to topic as soon as you raise a issue as the above they reply and say pay for development fee like come on for something that is so simple and you don’t have it implemented why is the customer expected to pay... anyways moving on it took us around 3 months to just to integrate our couriers and we had a trial run to see how it works and our trainee 'project manager' could not even get that to work on one of our smaller channels so we tried it on our of our small channels with not much orders just to see how it works and pulls through the orders we tried for two days and it was a nightmare and it didn’t pull through or work as promised, also when we was sold the system the sales person sold it as the most user friendly system which it is far from, anyways another huge problem Amazon rolled out sell fulfilled prime last year we only enrolled in SFP towards the latter part of the year and we asked khaos to please add Amazon logistics to our couriers, they told us that they do not support SFP and this after 6-9 months after Amazon have rolled it out and we would once again have to pay for development fee, how could you not offer that service if you are one of the main players in the market. Basically in the end we got so fed up we called it a day and joined up with linnworks and it was a blessing in disguise it took us just over 4 weeks from signing up to get all our inventory and linking done and live and for us to start pulling a order, now at the click of a button the order is processed, printed and all tracking details and notices gone back to customer with that click, it’s been 3 months with linnworks and it has been pleasant without any hiccups. it’s also only a tiny cost compared to anything with khaos, to be honest they really do mis-sell their system. Please do not go with this company it will be a nightmare and company’s already using it are either still with them because they have paid so much for the software and surely have paid extra stuff for khaos to develop for stuff which they should already have. if anyone else would like more information about this company i have loads to say but please don’t use them!!

Brilliant Company, friendly staff and always punctual when it comes to addressing any problems, the system can be alot to take in at first and looks a bit outdated but definitely worth it.
