Thats soo simple, they got our trust in good old days and now SCAM their clients for like 12€...
It has terrible panel, if you want to play basic mode (Public) its okay, go play just like with bots without any plugin or addons, that time when you will upload other mod or addons server will never work, you have to reset it every time to default... and support will never try to help you, they will tell you that "ThE aDdonS wAs BrOkEn" but addons will work perfectly in other servers..
and as you all can see here it says "10 days money back guarantee" but when i asked for a refund within 24H they replied with "You used that server, we cant do a refund!", next time when i asked again for a refund they deleted my server and send me a message "You will never get your money back"
Thats very sad for a host i trusted from 2015...

Hi everyone, I bought a server from KGB-Hosting, and basically it's giving me only problems, (FastDL) fake that doesn't even load skins for weapons, problems with the server (in particular HOST) that doesn't even let me enter my server, I contacted an Expert of c/py/amxx dev (paid, not free), through ANYDESK and he entered my PC and started to put the Addons/Plugins and everything, at a certain point he tells me that "The HOST" hides the files, he told me that they restrict .so uploading (HAHA), I WANT A REFUND NOW, you are embarrassing, you should be ashamed

PS:they don't respond to support tickets, and they don't give me a refund, when it's just giving me problems

Neozbiljnost, nezainteresovanost, kad se produzuje server odmah su tu da odgovore i pomognu kako sta, a kad treba nesto u vezi servera da se pomogne gde? kako? sta? daju banalne odgovore. Nebih nikom preporucio usluge ovog Hosting-a.

Disaster, they promised us forum and sites, nothing came up, they just want to build name on the people who scammed thousands of dollars, they just promise lies, and they call themself a company. They look like kids who made hosting, and their so called employers are managing their own communities and ofcourse give free servers for them, no equality.
Puting fake announcements that site and forum will be online, when nothing comes up. Promising new panels and everything when the truth is they just continued using same old ones.
Having their employers be owners of the Brutalci community for example, conquering cs scene, giving advantage to people who have money, yet they don't give a crap for anyone.
Constantly saying we are new owners check us out, yeah we are checking, where are your sites, forums?
Do you really expect us to go watch your livestreams on trovo or twitch or whatever, do you really use your own company to advertise yourself? How ridicilous are you.
Atleast edit your discord because it is freaking childish if anything.
Totally immature organisation and they are cringe.
Same old promises like previos owners.

A friend gave a server to my control years ago, it was hosted from these guys. It's a decade old server which was in my control for 4-5 years (I don't remember the specifics).

I have only one thing to say:
Do NOT go anywhere near this site.

If you're looking for a decent server with a good support, this is definitely not the place to go. This is the last place you would go.

There is simply nothing good to say about this "company", sure it's cheap but sometimes you might not even get your server extended when you send them money.

Extending is 100% manual, you have to create a ticket asking them to extend after you send them money which is eh.. Not a very good solution since it doesn't even work...

They once basically scammed my money and didn't extend my server, even when I sent them my PayPal transaction ID and everything. I made multiple tickets telling them that I have paid and they just suspended my server.

After that I made a dispute against them in PayPal, they sent me an email to remove the dispute which is ridiculous. They didn't even ask or understand the issue. I told them to open and extend my server first, which they finally did. This hosting is a joke.

If you have a problem with your server, you're basically screwed.
Don't expect to see any decent English from the support, or even any answer in days, or weeks!
The support doesn't know a thing about their servers and the answer will most likely be "I don't know".

I never had any of my techical problems with the server solved. Your server might be down a month. When you ask for a refund, the answer will be: "hi, no". Even when you've been a customer for 10 years!!! Literally.

This is when I just abandoned this site and I'm never going to visit it again.

The biggest and roundest 0/10 I've ever given.

A better use for money would be throwing it inside a volcano.
