APPALLING COMPANY
We hired a refrigeration trailer for a Teenage Cancer Charity Event. Paid the invoice in full which included damage security deposit.
The trailer was due to arrive at 9am this morning and has not arrived. The mobile number, messages and emails are not being answered despite trying numerous attempts.
We have informed the Police and Report Fraud.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I found it difficult to work with Adam, he double charged us for a trailer, we are still waiting for a refund and deposit but he has not returned our calls. We left stock in the trailer as he did not communicate when he will collect his trailer considering he does not answer calls, at least he can give it back to us otherwise this is theft, we are working with the police regarding this as we were willing to even go to his location and meet him but he is not communicating. i feel scammed and won't be doing business with him again and will not recommend anyone to him-
There is no star to offer this company. I just advise that you AVOID THIS COMPANY At all costs . He took our Money and switched off his phone. PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. He has no integrity whatsoever how is not an honest businessman
Besvarelse fra Key Event Equipment Ltd
Never heard of this person but it appears related to another review where they have decided to post multiple fake misleading reviews when a trailer was delivered exactly when it was ordered in writing, collected after the time it was requested in writing, and refunds were sent within 24 hours of receiving the bank details we asked for 4 days earlier.
So easy to work with, responded to original enquiry & questions very promptly and made me feel very confident fridge trailer would turn up at the right place at the right time. A big worry in the heat with a lot of stock to keep safe. Came with all cables & adapters and collection was seamless & deposit refunded immediately.
Would certainly recommend & use again👍 Thank you
Arrived on time and the fridge trailer was immaculate.
Top service from a professional company. Chiller delivered and collext from site. Easy process to book. Highly recommend
Hired a trailer from key events. The trailer was set to the right temperature very quickly after being delivered. It was used to safely store stock over a busy weekend. The trailer is very spacious and we had no issues at all. An extra bonus is the company owner is very nice and knowledgeable about the industry.
Fast, efficient and great friendly service, will certainly use again and fully recommend.
