Wow amazing UK vendor

I ordered some stabilisers and a multitool from Keycrox. The shipping was very fast even with the cheapest option. The customer support is very friendly and helpful. It was a flawless experience from the website to opening the package. This was my first time ordering keyboard parts from a smaller business, 10/10 I will definitely be buying from here again.

I've ordered many items from KeyCrox, all have turned up in good times, and everything turns up in great condition, If you are looking for a UK vendor this is place. Customer service is amazing, and any questions will be answered quickly in their discord server.

This company has extremely high quality products and the customer service is amazing I asked a question and got a reply almost less than a minute later! On top of that the delivery times are amazing and I didn’t have to wait that long before my package arrived you should consider buying from this website as will be buying from here again

Writing this now on my new Alpaca switches and they are a dream, I was initially sceptical of this company as it seemed to be a recent company and was worried I don't know why. I placed my order early on Friday and received it early on Saturday morning I without doubt would recommend this website to everyone for any kind of keyboard equipment, couldn't be any happier if I tried.

Well to begin I'm straight away going recommend this vendor because it is amazing. The website is superb and has a nice aesthetic to it.

And the selection of products is fantastic. I kept on looking on other vendors but the delivery time was way too long and It was nice to find a vendor that had the products I was looking for and had great delivery options. Not to mention the customer service was incredible. The product arrived and I can't be anymore happy, it came intact and in perfect condition and now I'm in love with my new switches.

Overall this vendor is great and others should 100% have a look at this site to get their keyboard modding needs.

I have made 2 orders from Keycrox now and both times my order has arrived quickly with exactly what i ordered, no faulty switches and customer service has been great. Would recommend ordering from them.

Cheap pricing and reliable products; the order arrived on time and the website was very sleek.

Great New company, product came on time maybe like a day late but tracking was amazing being able to dm the owner and crew there for anything questions needed.

Everything I ordered was delivered within two working days, exactly as described on the website. In the UK the custom keyboard industry is very niche, but in my view that means supporting the shops we do have all the more important. Keycrox is worthy of your patronage.

By this review, I have already ordered 3 times from this seller and I am planning to order twice more this week alone. Honestly, Mount is one of the nicest guys out there. Join his discord and you'll get a hand on experience, there are some other awesome people there as well. He really does go above and beyond to satisfy his customers. Even now he is going to start a pre-order so that we can buy switches that are otherwise very hard to get or have crazy shipping prices.

Extremely good customer support on their discord. you would be right to think that they couldn't be trusted as you most likely haven't heard of them before but this is one of the best experiences I've had with a small company. As I said excellent customer, this was shown first hand when I had two orders from them, I asked their discord admin about an update on my order, he replied by asking for the order numbers, and as easy as that he told me that he would personally put the orders together and ship them ASAP. 5* for everything.

I ordered alpaca v2 switches and durock v2 stabilizers I ordered them 8 days ago and they are still not here the only reason I'm not giving them a 1 star is that the customer support was nice

I have bought from here a couple times and the products came in good condition and worked quite good. My most recent order was alpaca v2 and durock stabs and they came really fast. Definitely going to be buying from here again!

Ordered a couple of times from Keycrox. I was kept in contact the entire time and made sure everything was packaged well. the only issue I had was Royal Mail delaying my order for no reason and Daniel did everything he could and more to sort this for me. I'll definitely be ordering from Keycrox again.

Excellent service and great products with very fast shipping. Very happy to have found a UK based company which had imminent stock of the switches we wanted, the seller kept me updated and as soon as the stock arrived I was able to purchase and he dispatched the same day, we received the next day. Will certainly purchase more key switches from KeyCrox as and when we need them.

I have bought from Keycrox twice now, both times the product arrived in very good time and I was very pleased with what I received. As it is a UK based shop its very convenient and I will be shopping there again.

No mainstream sellers had any of the Alpaca V2 switches I needed for my custom keyboard build but Keycrox came in clutch. The deeper this rabbit hole goes I may be back :D. Also had great communication from the seller and very fast delivery. Thanks again!
