Key Conveyancing Solicitors  Anmeldelser

Sam was great with the purchase of my new home, and with a very quick turnaround, thanks very much.

We honestly can’t thank Alessia enough for everything she has done for us throughout our house purchase. From start to finish she has been professional, reassuring, patient, and incredibly hardworking.
Buying a house can be stressful, especially in a long chain, but Alessia always kept us updated and explained everything clearly. She worked extremely hard to push things forward and made us feel supported the whole way through.
Thanks to Alessia, we are now in our dream home and we couldn’t be happier. We truly appreciate all of her effort and dedication and would highly recommend Key Conveyancing to anyone buying or selling a property.
Thank you again, Alessia — you’ve been amazing throughout the whole process. 🏡

Key conveyancing were fantastic from beginning to end. We were first time buyers and we were able to complete within just over 2 months. Alessia was a fantastic case handler, great at communicating and always responding to emails the same day. Everything was very efficient and it was made clear what was needed from us. Would absolutely recommend.

Five-star service from Olivia! We’ve just exchanged on our sale and purchase, and she was fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly professional, polite, and friendly, always replying to our emails quickly. Olivia made a very stressful process so much easier to handle. We cannot recommend her enough!

I recently completed a property purchase with the support of my conveyancers, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received.

From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and highly efficient. They guided me clearly through each stage of the process, making what can often be a stressful experience feel much more manageable. Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt kept informed and reassured.

I particularly appreciated attention to detail and their willingness to answer my questions promptly. Harry & Charlie's expertise and dedication ensured that everything progressed smoothly and completed successfully, especially towards the final stages when my mortgage offer was close to expiring due to delays in responding caused by my work commitments.

I am particularly indebted to Charlie for his advice, which saved me from committing to a high-cost mortgage that I was close to proceeding with following misleading guidance from an estate agent, and which could have had serious financial consequences for me.

I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and supportive conveyancing, and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Sam Kelly and her team at Key Conveyancing were all incredibly professional, easily contactable and responsive during my recent house move. I would recommend them to all friend and family when it comes to moving as when most people complain about solicitors I could not give Sam & Key conveyancing more praise. A very simple process of a house move.

Felt looked after

Poor in providing a pro-active progress updates. So in the dark until I chased Key and the estate Agent to understand where I sat after a 12 week period.

Claimed delays on them not getting responses from Buyers solicitors but did not reach out to Estate Agents for support.

Over reliance on Task Portal which is not sophisticated enough to outline any missing data. So appeared all tasks had been completed but this was not actually the case. Creating completion delays.

Based on my experience lead time expectation would be 12 weeks to complete. This is despite having a first time Buyer and no onward sale of property.

I would not be able to recommend Key Wellingborough based on my experience, but understand this is not representative of most of the UK wide reviews on this site.

Sam was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions I had. Very smooth system of working, would highly recommend for anyone in need of a good property solicitor

Sam Kelly and her team were approachable and most easy to deal with from the outset of our sale and purchase transactions.

As is often the case, there were unforeseen legal complications and Sam guided us through these in a friendly and efficient manner.
On completion, the funds were in our account immediately.

Key Conveyancing - Highly Recommended!!

We had previously used Key Conveyancing for our first house and had a great experience so opted for them again for sale and purchase.

Honestly, couldn’t have done this process without the help of Mya Law & Accursio Romeo! Always available to answer questions and got us over the line when we didn’t think it was possible.

A huge thank you to you both and the team!

We found Key Conveyancing very helpful, and always able to speak to someone to answer any questions. They are a very diligent company, overall very pleased with the service they provided.

As a first-time buyer in my late 20s doing this all by myself, I honestly could not recommend Key Conveyancing enough. Not only did I request quotes from at least 15 other solicitors, but they were by far the most competitive price.

They were quick, efficient, and communication was perfect, especially considering I’d heard horror stories about having to constantly chase solicitors. In fact, they were more often nudging me, as I wasn’t in any rush myself.

They even worked with the sellers to accommodate my working hours when it came to collecting the keys.

My journey buying my first home was incredible: stress-free, smooth, completed before the deadline, and, what it should be, a joyous experience.

I am absolutely thrilled to be in my first home, and I genuinely wouldn’t be here without Key Conveyancing. I’d especially like to highlight the hard work and support from Helen Martin and the rest of the team. Thanks guys!

Moving home is such a stressful experience but I was so impressed with the northampton branch, Annabelle Kightley and Jessica were both so proactive at getting my recent sale and purchase over the line.

We were really impressed with how quickly emails were responded too, it made things so much smoother.

I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you for your help.

Great people to deal with. Such a professional service from start to finish. 10/10

Olivia was great
Very quick responses

Great experience selling a house. Olivia kept me up to date at all stages of the sale, organised an indemnity required by the buyers solicitors and pushed the sale through in the desired timeline. Great experience all around.

We had a really good experience with Key conveyancing. Communication was excellent especially from Olivia who answered all my questions frequently. Due to being first time buyers the assurance we had was really helpful and made the process very smooth throughout.

If you want to waste your money to create more troubles for yourself then choose this one.

Excellent service, rapid replies to all questions, clear instructions provided at all stages.
