I had an excellent experience using Key Conveyancing for both the sale of my old property and the purchase of my new one. Managing a simultaneous move is normally incredibly stressful, but Esme and Kitty made the entire process feel straightforward and manageable from start to finish.
The communication from both of them was outstanding. Every time I sent an email regarding either transaction, either Esme or Kitty would get back to me with a clear, helpful reply within minutes. Their online digital portal was also fantastic, making it incredibly easy to track milestones and sign paperwork for both properties in one place.When things slowed down elsewhere in the chain, they were highly proactive. They kept pushing the other solicitors to ensure both transactions lined up perfectly and stayed on track.
