Truely amazing staff and company. When I was originally recommended Key Conveyancing I was a little concerned. As older people I was worried I might struggle with the whole online portal system. I could not have been more wrong. The process was clear and concise and any information / questions were answered fully and promptly through a dedicated phone line. Following the initial upload I was given someone dedicated to our case. We were soooo lucky to get Emillie assigned to us. Her friendly professional service went above and beyond our expectations. Nothing was too much trouble and we were never made to feel we were a bother whenever we called or popped into the office. House buying is by its very nature is a stressful time. Emillie, Mandeep and the other wonderful members of staff at this company made this much much easier. They are a credit to the profession. Highly recommend.

Honestly, the sale of my rental property has been painless. I’ve sold many properties in my time but this was my first with Key Conveyancing.
If I needed to know anything or had any concerns they always got back to me promptly. This was quite the novelty compared to other companies I’ve dealt with in the past. Also, it didn’t seem to matter who I emailed, they all seemed efficient.
I had to check in on the hub a few times at the start, but really there was nothing hard about it and most queries after that were quickly dealt with by email. I never needed to go in to their offices so all was easy.
I highly recommend them.

We had heard horror stories about solicitors being slow/hard to get hold of before we entered the process, so to have such an easy ride just made things much less stressful.
