Utv roof fan disappointment
I bought two roof fan set ups for the sxs. As soon as they get wet from rain they don't work till they dry out. They are too loud for no more wind they put out. They are not wort the price.

Well constructed and designed motorcycle bag
Whereas it took some time to fulfill my order, there was good communication with KemiMoto. The motorcycle bag and straps are well made and have nice features. I would definitely would purchase from KemiMoto again.

It took weeks to get delivered
It took weeks to get delivered. I kept asking about my package and just got the run around saying it shows it's out for delivery. I gave specific instruction on operations hours and when deliveries could be accepted, it was all ignored and I missed my deadline for a gift. I will not be ordering anything from this company again

Customer serivce and quality
Great communication after a little mix up with no tracking number. They responded within 24 hours and by the time they were working on a solution the product arrived.
The swingarm bag for my sportster was better than the picture and the price was amazing, about half the price of others on the market.

Kemimoto great place to shop best of all great prices
Great customer service needed help as to what fit my 2026 XPS 1000 and lady was very helpful,I ordered glass windshield and the way it was pack was very impressive and was very easy to install and looks great . I only wish they had a rear windshield to fit my 2026 Polaris XPS 1000 ultimate, but other than that great place to shop

60 days After Broken down. But there's no way for repairing or no return . I've never had this kind of experience.
Only 2 month after I purchased the cart has broken down. I need be returning or tepairing if don't refund. But you have no branch around here even in the USA . Ive trusted Japan made product . Now tell me what is best way ? Can you send me new product with discounted price without battery , remote controller.? Because it looks ok.
