I had to cancel my order for a Bimini top because I was unable to get answers about the mounting brackets after a number of attempts.
A refund was applied to my credit card in a reasonable amount of time.

Guess what, it didn't fit. I e mailed your customer service twice to see about sending it back. I never received a reply. I now have a roof taking up space in my garage.

Terrific bag!
Love the quality and utility of this bag. Well worth the affordable price! Just took it on its first road trip. Very spacious but fit perfectly on my pillion seat. Exactly what I needed. It didn’t rain, but I am confident that this bag is water tight due its construction. Would definitely buy Kemimoto again.

I ordered a 50" light bar and received it within a week. There was an issue with it and after a few brief emails I received a new replacement within a week. I couldn't be happier with their customer service and attention to detail. As far as the price and quality of this product, I am completely satisfied and would recommend for any casual off roader. 5 stars

Kemimoto Fluorescent and black rain suit.
I saw this great rain suit at a great price that would be great on my daily ventures during in climate weather. I had ordered a size larger than I thought and Jabz was able to assist every step of the way. It arrived in less than a week and it is a near perfect fit. The legs are a little long. The jacket is comfortable, with a zipper and snaps on the chest. Velcro closure on the sleeves and neck. It comes with a two piece facemask for motorcycle riders which I'm not sure how to adapt to the jacket.
Overall I would say it was a good purchase with the exception of lack of directions for the facemask.
