The immediate attention to rectify my situation was unmatched. I ordered the wrong product which was totally my fault and without hesitation they sent me return information and soon as I sent a picture of the receipt, they refunded my money before the package arrived to them. I appreciate great customer service…which is rare these days.

Bad description and huge return fee
The item came up on a Google search for a pontoon trash can. There was no way to hang it. I had to pay a ridiculous return shipping fee. Won’t buy from this company again.

Good product using cheap hardware. Emailed about returning the item. Help desk gave me the run around. Would like this particular part replaced, however don’t have parts list anymore.

Need some ventilation
This is a great quality cover. The only reason it doesn’t get five stars is it doesn’t have any adequate ventilation, which seems to be something pretty simple and easy to add without increasing the cost.

Shoes are comfortable
Shoes are comfortable, and very good for shifting. Have had them for a few months now and they are holding up well with wear and tear.

I had an issue with shipping. I had placed one order that was never received then accidentally placed a second order and never received it but customer service was good about immediately refunding my money and cancelling my orders.

Poor Quality Fans
When i opened the box, i was immediately dissapointed in the lack of quality. I enjoy kemimoto products and trust what they are selling. I did not like the mounting style of the fans. I installed them but did not connect the wiring yet. I drove around my block to my friends house about three times on three different days, top speed is 20 to 25mph. I noticed the fans were spinning from the headwind. ON the third trip home i noticed that both fan blades had disentigrated. They are not for open road applications. They must be behind windshields and i must have missed that notification/requirement.
