They are the best! The guys at Kelly’s could not be more…
The guys at Kelly’s could not be more helpful if they tried. When a move from
storage ran into a snag (not their fault) they went out of their way to find a solution for me and then went over and above to deliver, unpack and repack. All with immense charm! This is a business that understands customer service. So if you see Mike or Chris in the pub with a Kelly’s T shirt, please buy them a pint. They are the best. Thank you’s all round.

Tony and Kyle were calm and helpful
We had a great experience with Tony and Kyle from Kelly’s storage. We live on a main road in London where there are buses and big lorries trying to turn but Tony and Kyle were calm and professional, moving the van when needed and unloading from the other side of the road. I’d definitely recommend Kelly’s to everyone - it was such an easy way to store our stuff while we did building work.

Moving house is a stressful endeavour and tackling it solo was undeniably daunting. I therefore want to express my deepest appreciation to Barry and Josh for the incredible help they provided during my recent moves.
Barry and Josh always arrived punctually. On both occasions, they considerately phoned to let me know they had left the depot and gave me their estimated time of arrival.
Barry and Josh demonstrated great teamwork. They approached the moves with a positive attitude and tackled them quickly and efficiently without a single complaint. Their professionalism, pragmatism and friendliness made the entire process a breeze. They genuinely cared and it was evident that they take pride in working for Kelly’s Storage.
Barry’s ability to ingeniously utilize space most efficiently was like watching a game of Tetris and was nothing short of remarkable! Josh tirelessly carried box after box, consistently asking for my preferences on where to place them. My belongings were handled with the utmost care by them both, so I knew I was in the safest hands possible.
I can't thank Barry and Josh enough for ensuring two smooth and successful moves where nothing was too much trouble. They are a credit to Kelly’s and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable, experienced and dedicated movers.
I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the staff at Kelly's Storage for their assistance during my recent storage needs, especially Chris Adams. Chris went above and beyond to make things as easy as possible for me and was always on hand whenever I needed help or had any questions. Being a family-run business means there is a personal touch and warmth in their approach, which makes you feel like you are more than just a customer.

Customer service was fantastic
Customer service was fantastic. My driver Nick was really friendly and helpful and very flexible with the collection time for the containers.
Having last used Kelly’s about 15 years ago, I’m so pleased I decided to use them again. The service is second to none and Nick went above and beyond to help out. I couldn’t have asked for better.

10/10 Customer Service
Kelly’s Storage have been SO helpful while I have been moving flats and needing to get things from storage. Collecting a bed from the storage unit on Bank Holiday Monday was possible because Chris kindly stayed on to wait for me.
When I accidentally left a piece of the bed on the Monday, Chris gave me Josh’s details and even with such short notice they let me in on Wednesday to find the missing piece. When the piece didn’t fit in my car, Josh and Jeff kindly delivered it to London for me and helped me move it into my flat.
Could not recommend Kelly’s Storage enough! At every stage they went above and beyond 🤩🤩

True professionals who take the stress out of moving
Our flat move had been until now a fairly stressful experience. However from the time I spoke to Chris and Ollie over the phone to the time Tony and Nathan drove off with most of our belongings in one container, it was smooth sailing and dealing with Kelly's Storage has easily been the most reassuring part of our whole move.
Tony and Nathan were incredibly professional and efficient and had all our boxes stored in a container within 2 hours. Thanks again!
