Friendly over phone service and easy to arrange. Our removal guys Adam and Tony were so helpful and took great care when loading our possessions whilst we carry out some renovation work.

Without going into personal details, Kelly's have been outstanding in their help and support through what has been an extremely stressful time in our lives. Special mention to Oliver Cose, who has always been approachable and solved any problems we came across. First rate, professional service. I'd highly recommend Kelly's. Thank you Kelly's and thank you Ollie.

Had a really good experience with Gil and Mark. They arrived very early and made our move very easy and a lot less stressful.

Kelly’s are storing our Antique furniture while we have a room decorated. Mike and Reece were lovely to work with and I found them very reassuring and efficient.

My husband and I visited Kelly’s Storage in Guildford earlier this month in order to review our three pods which had been in storage for some time. We wished to try to reduce our stored goods to a single pod and what could have been a stressful experience became a very positive one with the help of Mike, for whom nothing was too much trouble, and who enabled us to empty one pod completely and to arrange a second for delivery to our home. We were very grateful for his cheerful company.
Thanks also to your administration in arranging our visit so that all went smoothly. Everyone to whom I spoke was extremely helpful and efficient.

We are using Kelly Storage now for three years. Last week I wanted to check my stuff and see if I still needed everything. Daniel at the Luton location was super helpful and attentive. Without his help I couldn’t have done the check.

Generally pretty good.

Unfortunately one time they quoted a different price on the phone than was charged on my card (£400 vs £200).
Also their pricing structure for pickups/delivery is very inflexible and can be a surprise sometimes.

Update: They've given me a refund in the meantime, which brings my overall experience back to a 5/5

The whole packing process from Kelly's has been excellent. Mark, Nick and Alice packed everything in 2 hours, were polite, respectful of my property and goods, and have been superb. They managed to get everything and a bit more into 2 crates, where I thought I may have needed 3.
