Wrote review of KP Law on 12/10/26 to express disappointment over lack of communication relating to my wife's mesothelioma claim.
They replied 16/10/26 to say they would be in touch.
No communication has been received.

This is an incredibly distressing time for my wife.
She joined KP Law's group action after seeing their information on the media streams. However, there appears to be little interest from KP Law since joining. She has no idea if they are still pursuing her claim despite numerous requests for information.
Very, very disappointed.

Data Breach Team are incredibly slow and not great at keeping you updated.

Months have passed and no updates about M&S or The Co-op.

JD Sports claim rumbled on for years the end result was claim closed yet on their website they are still canvassing for new JD Sports claimants.

I currently have a complaint with the Legal Ombudsman about this firm.

I have been represented by KP Law in relation to the Harrods case for an extended period of time, and throughout what has been an incredibly sensitive and emotional experience, I have consistently felt treated with genuine care, compassion, dignity and respect.

His calm, sensible and thoughtful guidance has been invaluable, particularly in helping me navigate what is appropriate to say publicly and what perhaps isn’t. He has been a reassuring and level-headed voice throughout, and I have really appreciated his kindness and support.
What has meant the most to me is that KP Law have never made me feel like simply another client or another case. They have recognised the human being behind the circumstances and have treated me with kindness, understanding and compassion throughout.
The matter is still ongoing, but I felt it was important to take the time to say thank you now. I think it is important to acknowledge when people do an exceptional job, and in my experience, KP Law genuinely have.
