"Keen Footwear does not stand behind their products. I bought a pair of boots that fell apart completely, and even though I paid for what I thought was a premium service and a quality boot, it was impossible to manage their warranty process. They ran me through a gauntlet of requirements that was impossible to meet, all to deny my claim in the end.
​Anyone buying boots from Keen should be warned that they won't honor their bargain or stand by their warranty. Do not buy from them."

I had to write a review as there seems to be 2 keen trust pilot pages the other one is full of really negative reviews so I have left same message on other trust page
I’m absolutely shocked by the negative reviews all I can think is people must be buying through fake websites or eBay fakes these are by far the best shoes I have EVER bought they arrived 2 days before hiking holiday and we’re recommended by my daughter who raves about them my 3 year old grandson has a pair we really put them through there paces climbing over rocks up Majorcan mountains walking through rivers not one of us slipped had a blister or any rubbing they were worn for 8 plus hours a day I have arthritis in big toe and no pain at all you do dress yourselves in shoes don’t just put them on use bungee ties to lessen we’re needed tighter we’re need also if hot and feet swell just adjust if I could give 10 stars I would even keen websites says they are aware of fake sellers so do your feet a favour buy direct and check it’s officially website

I had two enquiries for different orders, and I have to admit I was A little skeptical about a quick responce,
For past experiences from others companies and others customers feedbacks on line.
I made a simple phone call to your Ámsterdam centre, because I could not submit my warranty claim, after several attempts,
And the solution came with your agent.
Marcus listened to my issues and quickly action them.
In other words, he made me fell very well looked after, by a efficient and competent professional.
So, I send my appreciation to Marcus, and thank him again for his support and quick help.

This is a very good customer focused company. I have bought a number of their footwear and they wear very well and last. I have also used their website and it is easy to use and order from. Their delivery is included and arrived in 4 days to Spain. One area customers need to watch is size. I have had a couple of shoes where my size 9 (43 EU) are a perfect fit but a couple of times the size 43 was a bit small so the last two orders I ordered 44 (9.5) and one was perfect but the last one was slightly too large so regretfully I have had to return them (also free UPS postage) and their customer service representative (Miriam) replied to my enquiry very quickly and everything was sorted out regarding my return. From recovering her email to printing off the label and going to the UPS drop off point was less than 30 minutes. Really good AND the footwear I have got are excellent!!!
