Extremely disappointing — would not recommend

We hired this company for a deep clean and the experience has been poor from start to finish.

Although we clearly agreed the carpets in the bedrooms and hallway would be cleaned, they were left in a visibly unsatisfactory condition — not what you expect when you’re preparing for an end-of-tenancy handover. We spoke and clarified everything with customer service representatives before the clean which was completely ignored once cleaners showed up. The decided to remove our end of tenancy deep clean status & at that they still left the property messy. We raised this immediately and were offered £15 as a gesture, which already suggested they accepted something had gone wrong. However, even that refund was mishandled — despite multiple follow-ups, it was either sent to the wrong place or refunded to a card that didn’t belong to anyone who paid.

Communication has been slow and frustrating, and we’ve had to chase at every stage. We paid promptly £515! For what ended up being 2 rooms cleaned and the oven which we paid extra for, were very reasonable throughout, and expected a professional service in return. Instead, we’ve been left stressed about our landlord inspection and out of pocket for a clean that wasn’t done properly.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

The service for carpet and sofa cleaning is very poor. They ignored my requests to clean a particular sofa piece at least twice to try to get the stains off which I told them prior to visit I wanted. No stains we removed.

For the carpet cleaning they didn't move anything on the floor and just cleaned around it - I had to move stuff afterwards and ask them to clean again all the places they had missed - a complete rush job. They were out the door before I had to grab them and point out they hadn't even cleaned one of the items booked.

I see why they insist on full payment up front prior to visit. Don't use them, or I think any company that wants full payment prior to the job. Lesson learnt!

Tried to book a clean with this company whose address is stated as Wallington. When I telephoned they said they do not cover this area and their office is not in Wallington. I suspect this is a very dodgy organisation!
Do not touch them!

Very reasonably priced for sofa cleaning. The guys were really lovely and got straight to it. Very happy with the result.

I had an excellent experience with Keen Clean for my sofa cleaning. The technician was punctual, professional, and did a fantastic job removing all stains, leaving my sofa looking brand new. I highly recommend Keen Clean for their exceptional service and impressive results.

Appalling! If I could I would give no stars. The cleaning woman came an hour earlier than agreed which was fine with me. She spend 2 hours in the kitchen and did absolutely nothing apart from kleaning the cooker very superficially. Today I thought I better check what she did so I don’t make a mistake about her efficiency: on top of the kitchen cupboards there was a paper which she just turned over and pretended that it was cleaned! For two hours she pretended that she was cleaning. Very bad experience! I felt like I binned 51pounds. Very bad experience.
Thursday March 7, Got an email about the compensation of 10 pounds if I am willing to remove the review! How insulting is that. I am left quite shaken from the whole experience and ask the agency not to contact me again.

We booked a deep clean for a 3-bed 2-bath apartment, with a carpet clean of the carpets and upholstery. We are happy with the results!

The whole booking process was very smooth from the first call till the end of the service. Recommend.

I have used Keen clean for an end of tenancy cleaning, including deep clean of carpets and upholstery. The team did a fantastic job and I’m confident we will get our full deposit back. Highly recommended!

Do not use this company at all costs! Awful customer service, deep cleaned in 90 mins left many surfaces uncleaned, claiming all uncleaned bits were damaged. Also lied as to why they did not clean a dishwasher claiming were told that this was to be used later even though it was an empty rental property. When this was raised they offered a reclean after our tenant was due to moved in. When these issues were raised customer service hung up on us!

SCAM Avoid using this company!

They scammed me of £150 saying they would deep clean the property. I was here the entire duration of the clean. The lady didn’t touch any of the appliances. I literally paid for a very expensive hoover and mop service.

They are refusing to give me any money back and they are claiming it’s “impossible the cleaner didn’t clean any of those areas” even though I watched her myself and explained that when I tried to speak with her and question what areas she wasn’t cleaning, she didn’t understand enough English.

I am still in shock at how this has happened. I hope this company have the worst karma imaginable.

Technicians came on time, wore overshoes and brought all needed chemicals and equipment, did a very good job cleaning.

My family have used the companies’ services for more than 2 years and several different services. We have never been disappointed. Not even once. Keep up the good work, team!

Needed help with move out cleaning and Keen clean was very fast, professional and the quality of the service was amazing, very detail oriented. Will use their services again.

I recently booked a deep clean for our flat. Clean, sparkling and better than my previous cleaning service provider. I was really impressed and will continue to use this service in the future.

We needed to have our apartment cleaned for new tenants moving in, and team from Keen clean did a fantastic job! They were very detail oriented and quick! The apartment looked spotless after the deep cleaning. We will definitely use it again in the future.

Avoid this company at all costs! So unprofessional and rude. Booked them for my mums deep cleaning this morning and she refused to do anything! Once we called the agency they were not being helpful. The cleaner then refused to leave the premises without money, even though she didn’t do anything.
So disappointed at the fact that you have taken advantage of an old woman! Should be ashamed of yourself.
