Ich habe bei Kate Backdrop bestellt und war mit dem Produkt grundsätzlich zufrieden. Leider gab es jedoch ein erhebliches Problem mit der Rechnung.

Die ausgestellte Rechnung entspricht nicht den üblichen Anforderungen innerhalb der EU. Wichtige Angaben fehlen, und zudem wurde die Rechnung von einem anderen Unternehmen ausgestellt, obwohl die Zahlung direkt an Kate Backdrop erfolgt ist.

Auf meine Nachfrage hin wurde mir lediglich mitgeteilt, dass viele Kunden diese Art von Rechnung verwenden würden. Das mag sein, ändert jedoch nichts daran, dass die Rechnung in dieser Form nicht den gesetzlichen Anforderungen entspricht.

Zudem wurde für mich erst im Nachhinein klar, dass die Ware direkt aus China versendet wurde. Dies war im Bestellprozess nicht eindeutig ersichtlich. Auch die Lieferzeit war deutlich länger als angegeben.

In Kombination mit dem Preis empfinde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis daher als nicht angemessen.

Für Privatkunden ist das möglicherweise kein Thema, für Selbstständige jedoch ein echtes Problem.

Ich hoffe, dass hier in Zukunft mehr Transparenz geschaffen wird, insbesondere für Geschäftskunden.

Absolutely can not fault them. Not just the superb quality of the backdrops (I ordered 4 big custom ones) but the speed of delivery and the amazing customer service I have received from Vina. I will be purchasing more this year certainly

I am so incredibly impressed with Kate Backdrop! Out of about 10 very well known global brands for printing graphics and backdrops, Kate Backdrop was the only company to stay with the charity until they found the right solution, tailoring to what was needed and their budget but also guaranteeing quality speed and efficiency. I cannot believe how happy they are with the backdrops and how incredible they look on set.

Defektes Produkt erhalten. Zudem auch noch der falsche Hintergrund. Ich soll auf eigene Kosten (über 100€) das Produkt zurück senden und sie erstatten nicht die Versandkosten. Eine absolute Frechheit!
Leute kauft hier NICHT!!!

As a business owner in the backdrop industry, I feel compelled to speak out about the unethical practices I’ve witnessed from Kate Backdrops over the years.

Over the past several years, I’ve seen countless examples original designs used or copied without permission by this company. These are not just similarities these are direct copies pulled from other's website. They also feed original designs into AI and we have seen their account with proof of this behavior.

This violates copyright laws and damages not only my business but also the artists.

When the companies involved operate overseas and don’t follow the same intellectual property protections we can't fight them!

These practices hurt real people, small businesses, and the integrity of our entire industry.

If you care about originality, artist rights, and ethical production, I urge you to research before purchasing. Support companies that respect creators and do things the right way and are LOCAL and in your industry!

We must stop the support of Kate Backdrops of CHINA.

Have been using Kate Backdrop for years, always love them!

Ewig lange Lieferzeit, ich habe am 1.10 bestellt. Auf deren Website steht auf das Österreich aus Europa angeliefert wird. Dann sehe ich dass die Ware aus China kommt ? Um DAS GELD Chinaware bekommen ist dann halt schon frech, da kann ich gleich auf Shein bestellen. Laut Website sind es höchstens 13 WERKtage ab Bestellung. Aktuell sind es schon 16 und die Ware ist noch nicht mal bei der Post in Verteilung. Auf unangenehme Mails wird nicht reagiert, Ich hätte das Wochenende eigentlich schon Weihnachtsshootings gehabt und hab diese jetzt verschieben müssen, da es bestimmt diese Woche nicht mehr ankommt. Auf die Frage wer mir den Einkommensausfall zahlt, bekam ich bis dato keine Antwort.

I have to give them credit for the backdrops variety, but when it comes to customer service, i can not get in touch with them. I live in Germany, so somehow i am tied to the german website, but i couldn't find anyone to sepak too. I also sent an email with my request, and in 2 day still no answer. I would like to chenge the shipment from standard to express, if it is posible, but because i got no answer, i don't know if this is posible. At least, if it is not posible, i can work my way with the standard delivery date. I have clients that ask when will we shoot the sesions, but i don't know what to say them, because i don't know either.

In general, these backgrounds are overrated and overpriced. A paper backdrop looks more professional yet simple, and clients tend to prefer it over fabric. The print quality is not bad, but it doesn’t create a realistic feeling, which is understandable.

placed an order on Friday and asked for rush delivery, as the backgrounds were required for a photoshoot on the Tuesday. shipping stated delivery would be made Thursday, spoke to a customer service rep and they noted they had spoken to the courier and would get my order to me ASAP. Order updated to delivery Monday, so in time for the shoot. AMAZING service. THANK YOU!!!

I ordered from this company and realised within the legal 14 day cool of period that I did not need the product. I have contacted the company and they are refusing to accept a return

I purchased a quality fleece photographic backdrop, printed on demand from an existing model of theirs.
The product is qualitative, well printed (nice colors) and the creases are few and barely visible.

I opted for express shipping because I needed it for a photographic shooting, and the production and delivery times were above my expectations (about 10/15 days from the moment of payment to the physical receipt of the product).

The customer service that supported me throughout the process, in the person of Candy, was excellent (speed of response, kindness, precision, professionalism).

I placed an order; straight away I realised I had ordered the incorrect item and the delivery timeframe was too long. I immediately emailed the support email address requesting to cancel, but had no reply. I then emailed again a few days later and no reply. No telephone number. 12 days later the parcel is received and still nothing at all from anyone to help me. I have checked their returns process and they do not accept returns on non-faulty items. £200 out of pocket.

The cloth you use is outstanding. The folds steam out easily. Colors are both vibrant and subtle yet not distracting from the subject. I look forward to having a excellent selection of them.

Fantastic imaging and high quality backdrop. Soft and dense fabric barely wrinkles. Top pocket is super easy to slide-on a pole for setup.

Delivery was within a reasonable turnaround time and product looks great. Their backdrops are always good, and this black/grey one is sharp and striking.
