Ordered from Kalibre for the first time. They sent the wrong product by mistake but the issue was resolved quickly by the team (literally within minutes) and the team sorted me out nicely. Positive is the wrong item was actually really nice so it’s a win-win for me. Will definitely be ordering again!

Ordered from kalibre a few times and they never disappoint the 1/4 zips are a must by.

I purchased a coat, when it arrived I tried it on and it was too big so I sent it back as per the instructions on Kalibre clothing’s website.
3 weeks had passed and I had not received any confirmation that my parcel had been received or received a refund.
I checked with Royal Mail online- low and behold my parcel had been received.

I have attempted to contact Kalibre Clothing by DM on Instagram numerous times, and have emailed their “customer support” address and have received nothing. Only automated emails saying they don’t respond outside of working hours. When in actual fact they do not respond at all.

They have robbed me of £100 and 6 weeks after my received return and multiple attempts to contact I have not received anything. Even my partner had tried to get in touch and commented on their social media posts asking how we get in touch with someone and they ended up blocking her!!

Pathetic company, no customer service whatsoever. I’d urge anyone to not purchase from this clothing company as you run the risk of something that might not fit and lose your money when you try to return. Shameful.

They don’t do return shipping! I had to spend £10 to return an item. They then charge you £1.95 for returning it as well! Do not order from them. Also, the trousers both look and fit like leggings..

The Luther Mac is immaculate in terms of both fit and quality. Had so many compliments since i’ve started wearing it.

Terrible company, clothing material and sizing was so off it was laughable. When sending my coat back and after emailing 5 times I’ve had no reply and haven’t heard a thing £150 scammed from my bank. Whoever runs this company needs a long hard look at themselves. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS

Ordered a coat for my son-in-law in November as a Christmas present he obviously only tried on at Christmas and it’s too big, they won’t let me return it for exchange to smaller size, it wasn’t cheap either!! Most companies do extended Christmas returns, I only ordered in November due to it being in stock and thought it may sell out!! Not great customer services.

Returned items on 01-Dec-2023, despite three emails and Facebook messages I have still not received either a reply or a refund. Terrible.

Can honestly say it is the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. Had to return a £500 parcel due to not being correct sizes etc, contacted Kalibre Customer Services to confirm their returns process as I was nervous about getting it wrong with such an expensive parcel, only to be met with nothing but condescending remarks about everything being on their site and I should be checking there for clarity. Totally understand their point but it wouldn’t have taken much to give me the same answer without the cheek. Also queried when payments get processed only for them to send me an iphone screenshot of their policy with a big circle around it.

They also waited until the 11th hour to process my refund just keep any ounce of control they had left. Extremely immature company who only seem to be nice if you aren’t wanting a refund.

Absolute awful company. From the look of other reviews, if you order and return anything, you will not get your money back. Emailed to say a refund hasn’t been received after sending the item back a week after receiving due to being in the early stages of pregnancy which is also within their 14 days and I got a snotty response back stating ‘I suggest you read our terms and conditions’ emailed them back saying I have read them and I need a refund. Of course got no response so have logged it with Klarna and will not be paying for the rest of the order and want a refund. I’ve also told Klarna to remove them from their books as the company is clearly run by a complete crook and can’t be trusted receiving other people’s money . If no refund is received through Klarna, I will be going to the ombudsman and my bank. Avoid at all costs to save the complete headache
