I have run these catalogue's for decades & a new problem is emerging; Good choice, easy ordering but returns are becoming problematic as items arrive from multiple different sellers in individual bags & you have to contact the catalogue before returning, even though the seller includes details of how to return within the parcel.
Parcels all used to arrive in bags together by 1 courier, now you could receive 3 parcels delivered by 3 different delivery companies in one day! The other problem is because the items are being dispatched directly from the seller these often arrive a week before they are put on the returns system on line. This means a delay in being able to return your unwanted items. There is also a noticeable decline in the quality of goods, especially the material but manufacturer faults have increased.

I have been so ith Kaleidoscope from 1996 to this present date and the 3 things that gave kept me here are the company that I have been with all those years, 2 they gave Couriers , and I'm not changing not at my time of life, those curious have their own vans many of them do, I hope, but many of us do not have our own transport, so every time you try to assume we will go o into town to do our shopping will be ready to go to a locker you are so wrong we would much rather have a ciuriour than for us to be forced to travel into town by taxi or car it's the extra petrol we are having to use there and back, it's not a feasible act for us to do, some of us are re partly disabled now, therefore our shopping habits have now had to change, therefore I refuse to have a locker, I'm sure I'm not on my own, I'm looking at it in a different way you have the job to cut jobs and petrol we are not able to always go into town yo get our parcels that's why we😅need a courier, so I'm terribly sorry but I'm not changing not for you or any one else also I do not like the owners who have owned this company since the nineties, that we got ace no intentions of being poached, we gave no intentions, of changing our ways because you and Evri wants us to go tell them I'm a customer of Kaleidoscope not fremons or Littlewoods or even Grafton, we are with kaleidoscope, we want to stay with that company we don't want it to be swallowed up within your big empower, it's the site we helped to become one of the countries better places to shop, therefore we are not going to change our regime that we have had since 1996. We give others their jobs, they depend on us to keep them in that business yes I know you must change, but the changes your parent company is pushing us to do is not for the better especially for us who are partly disabled.

I tried to cancel this order as it said it would deliver after the time I required them. I tang customer services who said it needed 24hrs to be able to cancel. They actually arrived a day later and now I need to return them and have have been charged for delivery. X😔 disappointed, I've ordered from Kaleidoscope for years.

Ordered some things from the homeware department, cushions and curtains, great discount code and free delivery, very happy with the delivery and quality.

Bought coat in size 12 and very nice good quality not too long and soft wool

Prompt delivery of well packaged dress which was every bit as good as it looked, better I fact - lovely fabric, beautifully finished.

However, the actual item was a completely different colour than advertised...

I have been a Kaleidoscope customer for over twenty years and used to buy a lot of my clothes from this company. I love the European fashion, so different to most retailers. Always classy and of good quality. Prompt delivery and good customer service.
However, I rarely purchase now due to the on line process to get through the vast number of products on offer. Scrolling through pages and pages of suggestions, even with filters applied, just makes me give up. For example, I searched for a cream jumper and over 2000 came up!
Basically I think this company has just got too big, offering so many different brands it just puts me off.
Bring back the hand delivered catalogues!! (Or get the filters sorted)

Gorgeous dress. With Kaleidoscope I always have to size up. I’m normally a 10 so ordered a 12. Fit lovely. It’s a great design and hangs just right. Quick delivery. Can’t fault it.

It's very easy to order .online or on the phone .the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Also very honest about the sizes .making payments is very easy .very satisfied. I have even bought furniture from them very good quality .I would recommend anyone to shop with them the delivery service is spot on i have been with them a few years now 👍
