They send my parcel by mistake to another country, but that was not some big problem, because they sent new one immediately when I informed them about the mistake and also gave me a gift voucher, so I was sattisfied at the end.

The customer service team contacted me the day of shipping to ask if I wanted another colour of a bowl I purchased because my chosen colour was out of stock. They added free coal and one-day shipping for the ‘inconvenience’! Will definitely buy from here again. A very good customer service experience overall. I don’t smoke shesha a lot so didn’t really know where to start in buying one. Kakashookahs and this specific shesha were recommended by a local shesha bar. The delivery was quick, everything was nicely packaged and it smokes very smoothly. Very happy with the purchase and would happily recommend.
