It's been 6+ weeks and I still haven't received my item. I have emailed and received no reply. No communication and no insight as to what's happening with my order.

Although we had a bit of a wait after ordering a TV riser, it was well worth it. We can't be happier with the whole unit as it is such good quality and well made. We are looking forward to using it once we have rearranged a few furniture pieces.

Good workmanship, and the wood frame cocoon packaging was amazing. Pretty sure it could fall out a window and still be unscathed. The only minor issue I had was the lack of communication after placing the order. I got a confirmation of the order and then nothing else for a week or so. I did get a fairly quick response after emailing for a status of the order.

A problem with slow delivery as it was a gift but after an email the parcel arrived on time very carefully wrapped

Very happy with my purchase. Took 4 weeks but it was a custom finish and Justwoodit replied to emails promptly.

The finished product is excellent. Very well designed and thought out. Perfect for my use case in my home office/gaming setup. Clearance for cables under the drawer is a great touch.

The packaging was also excellent. Protected in a case and very secure.

Can definitely recommend. Just need to be patient. This is far superior to mass produced crap and made with clear care. Well worth the wait.

Decided to cancel my order on the 5th of February as I found a cheaper alternative second hand. Emailed to request this and got an immediate response of confirmation. Had to chase up on the 12th and found out that they hadn't cancelled it so now I have to wait a further 5 working days for the refund.

For a company supposedly based in the UK (as stated on their Etsy), their English is poor with many grammatical and spelling errors, so I do doubt that they are based here.

Just what I was looking for and didn't disappoint.

Horrible business to deal with & no communication at all. Waiting for my stand for 9 weeks & it still hasn't arrived. They claim to be in Lisburn which I very much doubt. I could cycle to Lisburn in 3 days! All I have is a notification from Fedex that they have received information about my package 6 weeks ago & a tracking number which shows my item is still in Lisburn. What a disgusting way to treat your customers. A truly shocking service & I advise anyone to stay away from them unless you're prepared to wait over 2 months for your item.

As has been said by other people, the product is great and worth the wait, it is just the lack of communication regarding progress and delivery. I placed my order on 29 October and received an order confirmation, then nothing. I chased on 1 December and got an email on 5 December with a Royal Mail tracking number. However, Royal Mail didn't receive the parcel until 15 December. If you improve your communication you would get 5 stars every time.

Great product , although top piece wasn’t a single pice of wood. Sizes exact. Looks great on unit. Packaging was superb so product would arrive undamaged.

Only complaint was comms wasn’t great

Order placed 16/11/25 - item still has not been received. Email stating ‘order complete’

UPDATE: company has reached out and hopefully situation will be resolved.

UPDATE: product received- took longer than hoped. But quality is amazing and they also included a pen holder. Review score updated.

Well made, high quality stand.

There was a delay with advising me of the progress of my order, however, every enquiry i made was answered swiftly and politely.

I really like the oak monitor stand, the drawer is smooth running and helps me avoid clutter. It arrived after 10 days and was packed solidly.

Amazing product with a beautiful finish. Has transformed a small desk and made it massively more useful. Highly recommended

A beautiful piece of furniture and it’s just perfect for our home office setup. I was very impressed by the service and the packaging it arrived in was something of a work of art itself.

You may see some other reviewers talk about the delivery time - my take is that quality hand-made furniture simply takes a little time. If you want instant gratification then go to Amazon Prime 😆 Personally I’m delighted with the final product which I know will look great for many years to come.

great product. great packaging. everything as I requested it. a bit slow delivery.

I cannot fault the product at all. Two beautifully made oak monitor stands that are both practical and aesthetically pleasing. They arrived robustly packed, each in their own wooden crate.

However, it has taken six weeks for them to arrive, with near-zero communication from the seller after making the order. Leaving me with some nervous moments, as I worried that I wouldn't receive what I had ordered.

I would encourage the seller to be transparent on their website and Etsy store about the handmade nature of these items and the subsequent significant lead time. I would also encourage them to be a bit more proactive in their communication with customers.
