JUSTPOLES- Curtain poles and Curtain Tracks Anmeldelser

I have made 2 orders to Just Poles in the last month. The web site was a bit iffy as the search function did not seem to recognize the specific poles I was looking for and I had to trawl the site to find them - twice. After that the process worked pretty well up to the point where payment was taken. At that point the process and the web site tracking page froze. For both orders I had to ring or e mail to find out what was happening. For the first order, the poles had been despatched but the website tracking page had not been updated. They arrived the day I made my 'where's my stuff ' query. For the second order the same information freeze happened but when I called it seems the poles had been sent to the wrong place and no one had noticed. After my call they were found, despatched and I got them next day. In summary, a good e trader with some irritating gaps in their order handling system.

We needed 2 new brackets for our curtain pole. I found Just Sew on a search and wash able to easily find the right one. I ordered them late Thursday evening and they arrived in the post on Monday morning. Couldn't fault The service.

Really pleased with my curtain pole from Just Poles - delivery was about 2 weeks after online order. Easy to install and this solid pole is great for my interlined curtains - good price too for this quality item.

Great service and very helpful staff who we're accommodating and found solutions not problems to my needs.

Great product and unexpectedly speedy delivery. many thanks

From the minute of ordering my curtain pole and hold backs, I received conformation of my order, followed by my delivery date which states up to 21 days (I received my order within 3 days and that was over the weekend). Have to say brilliant all round customer service and information and very good quality products. I would highly recommend shopping at Just Poles

Website easy to use with handy measuring instructions. Poles ordered Monday afternoon delivered on Tuesday - excellent service. Recommended you to my neighbours who have ordered their pole today.

I ordered on the 7 th of October and took delivery yesterday. My order was over stg 1200. It was broken into parts requiring many days chasing of the courier company to take multiple delivery. After over 3 weeks of a wait on very expensive Alison Davies poles (not pointed out when purchasing and no information or follow up - I had to phone and email every time), the poles arrived yesterday wrapped in bubble wrap and with no fittings at all. I now face another wait while the specific screws are posted out to me. Worse still, is the attitude when their mistake was pointed out. Given I was charged stg 25 for delivery as well, I can on,y advise beware! Personally, I will be taking my business elsewhere next time.

Everything from ordering to delivery was spot on. Will most definitely us this web site again with amount of choices and price. Brill👌

I was very happy with my order! The curtain poles are of a high quality, I can see that they were hand made and I appreciate safe delivery - well rapped and arrived in perfect condition. I would shop with this company again, I have two bedrooms i need to buy curtain poles for, and I will get back to them when the time is right for me. Great selection! Very happy!!! Thank you!

I have used Just Poles twice already and so far experience was very good indeed. Speedy delivery, useful advice when needed, no problems with returns of damaged items .
No doubts will use them again !

Knowledgable staff, excellent quality and super fast delivery. They even called to double check my slightly complicated order to make sure no errors had been made. Very impressed with the service and I have already recommended them to friends.
Very good value too.

Very good quality products

The product was just as described on the website and cheaper than the other two suppliers I had found. Delivered by post office in 3 days - we had been told it would take 7 days.

The lady I spoke to was very helpful and the poles I ordered were delivered very promptly

These suppliers were helpful from the start . price and delivery very good and order was correct in all respects.

Placed my order at 5 o'clock one day and by the same time next day it had been delivered. Excellent service.

I'd recommend Just Sew to anyone. Donna in the shop is brilliant. She has an incredible knowledge of all products, she is very helpful but she's never pushy. I wouldn't buy anywhere else.

Good website and communication, fast delivery and good quality poles. Would certainly use again.

I am delighted with the tassels which I ordered. They are very high quality. They arrived on time and the person who handled my order was polite and well-informed. I will definitely use Justpoles again.
