I ordered the Sealy small motorcycle shelter, as the price here was very competitive.
Communications were good and it arrived on time, which was very quick in fact, practically next day I think.
I was appreciative of this as I needed to press on and assemble it before my new bike came.
I did notice the shelter itself had one spring clip missing out of about a dozen. More a manufacturer error than a re-seller error, so I couldn’t really knock it down to 4 stars fairly.

I did have a minor worry at first when I opened up the package.
It came in a long thin box. On opening that there was another one. Nice, double wrapped I though.
Rummaged through the bars, no actual cover!
Ah wait, there it is, in the outer skin, under the inner box. Phew!

All in, very pleased with the service.

Extremely responsive to queries; excellent handling when things go wrong; can't wait to find an excuse to use them again. Will certainly be recommending to friends. What a pleasant experience!

This was my first experience of buying on line. Despite paying for 24/48hr delivery my purchase did not arrive. I am told that the carrier 'lost' my goods, let's hope that they kept cool while they were about it.
It is my understanding that I will be receiving a full refund so thanks for that but I would rather have had a fan.
I can't give a start ratting as I do not have a comparison.

In panic during the very hot weather and with 18 month old grandaughter twins, it was vitally necessary to get a cooling unit.
We had chosen Sealey 9000 unit as being ideal. From the web justoffbase seemed a possibility but by now it was 6.00pm. However from the web a very workable site was filled in. Early next morning acceptance of the order acknowledged and latter in the day a further email to say the order had been fulfilled and was being shipped.
Unfortunately both justoffbase and ourselves were let down by the transport company who perhaps should learn to read a map and it took a further 3 days to arrive.
In the meantime we had been in contact with justoffbase about late delivery and caring as they are a telephone call to us, had it arrived. Yes a few minutes earlier.
A very concerned, professional and caring organisation.

First comment is to say how effective the Sealey 9000 BTU air conditioner is. I have a 25 Sq.m (75 cu.m) apartment, which serves as a lounge, study and bedroom. Having diabetes, badly affected my high heat and humidity levels, and problems with my prostate, it is vital that I maintain good temperature control. I was amazed that the two A/c units arrived at my house in 15 hours from placing the order. However one or two little niggly points. Attaching the hot-air venting hose to the outlet plate is extremely frustrating. I used the advice of one customer who recommended using duct-tape. Also I needed 2.5 metres of hose to reach the opening part of the window. I had to buy that from a local hardware store. I'd like to suggest a reducer which would accommodate a conventional reinforced garden hose simply pushed on to the reducer output and held in place with a hose-clip. Trying to get a 150 mm. hole cut through brickwork to allow for venting through the hose supplied is an extremely expensive exercise; even a 150mm diamond cutter is over £60 and I'd neeed something about the size of an industrial kango to get it through the wall. If I have the option to buy a wall a/c unit in the winter I'd opt for that. They are as quiet as a fan and water evaporates using the vented heat as part of a heat exchanger mechanism. However most impressed with Customer Service. One missing rubber bung for the water drain pipe, supplied the following day FOC under the guarantee.

Ordered a variety of tools and accessories, had an email saying one item was out of stock but would be on 2 week back order. All the other parts arrived quickly and sure enough the item on back order arrived before the 2 week window.

Overall very happy with the service and communication from the company. Would recommend to buy from and I will certainly use them again in future.
