Just wanted to express my thanks to Kimi and Jesse for the amazing customer service from today.
I was acknowledged as soon as I was in the store.
Kimi was more than happy to assist me with my enquiries.
I hope you recognize that you have an asset with her.
A very friendly and welcoming store.

I went to the Botany store this morning to exchange the suede trench coat that I bought online and it was too big.
Was not expecting to meet such lovely customer service from the store, forgot to ask her name but she's truly awesome!
She gave me so many options to exchange that made my life much easier. I can't thank you enough for this lovely lady!
I will absolutely continue to buy Just Jeans products.

Big shout out to Cathy at Just Jeans Clifford Gardens Store Toowoomba. Cathy knows her stuff knew exactly what jeans would work for me. On a Sunday not long ago I was in the Clifford Garden Store Cathy had just opened and there were several customers in store and there was an eftpos issue. Cathy handled it so well she explained to everyone she was having a technical issue and continued on in such a professional manner we all had a laugh together nobody got upset and Cathy gave each one of us perfect customer service. Come on guys give her a congratulations she does a fabulous job for your company. I will certainly be back to see Cathy.

Napier New Zealand Just Jeans shop has efficient staff who are interested in your purchase and friendly. Over the years I have bought many cotton items there. I particularly like the tops which have length and pretty colours. I used a Prezzie Card there on the last visit.

Shopping with Just Jeans is always a bad experience. I say always because we experienced it 2x. Both instances they told us about the same reason - IT Glitch, books to me like they do not allow bulk checkout. They cancelled all my orders at first and when they tried to re-order my items i was refunded half of it. It was a very unpleasant experience. Then John, from customer service, proceeded to tell me the reason for the refund is insufficient stock when i can technically checkout the same items all over again from their website. Bad trading experience i won't recommend. If they do not want to sell bulk to a customer, they should set a maximum purchase limit during checkout process. Apply IT controls so that the same customer cannot check out the same items after reaching the maximum purchase limit - just like how Amazon does it with some if its products.

The shopping experience at JustJeans shop in Devonport was out standing. The staff were great, couldn’t do enough to help although the shop was busy. The range is fantastic including 1/2 sizes. I went back the next day and got the same excellent service. Plus I received discounts that I was unaware off.
Won’t shop anywhere else in future.

Outstanding (!!) customer service from Sam at the St. Luke's store. Stopped in with an issue with one of the products (Lee Rider jeans) and, without hesitation, she suggested that they replace the jeans .... "can't have you walking around in one of our products that look like that."
I'll continue .... as I have for years ... to buy my jeans and related products there.

Just jeans denim materials are extremely low and very very inferior. If I can give a NEGATIVE review, I would have‼️ Stay away from Just jeans denim jeans. Most of the just jeans (10 jeans) I have are torn in very specific place like the left hand back pocket‼️

I wrote a review some 6 months ago and the company did not even tried contact me. Rubbish products that are not a reflection of good jeans‼️

Sadly, genuine, helpful, from-the-heart customer service in the NZ retail industry -- especially the clothing/fashion industry -- is about as rare as my chances of looking younger next year! That's why, when I experience it first-hand -- as I did yesterday afternoon in Just Jeans Sylvia Park store -- I want to shout it to the roof-tops!

As we all know, when you buy a pair of jeans -- and I'm talking jeans where the denim is of the highest quality -- the first wash you give them has to be done with meticulous care. Turn them inside out, wash in cold water, do not tumble dry or iron, dry in shade immediately, etc., etc., etc. I know the drill 'inside out and backwards' because I've been buying good quality jeans all my adult life... and I am now nearly 70!

Anyway, despite all the above, a recent purchase of a pair of Lee Jeans from Sylvia Park Just Jeans threatened to end badly for me when, following their first and only wash (in strict accordance with the rules of "first washes") the legs "shrank" to the point where they felt more like hospital-issue compression bandages than jeans!

I took them back to the store where I had purchased them several weeks earlier, fully expecting to be told that "I must have put them in a dryer for them to shrink like that" (which, of course, I didn't -- I don't own a dryer for a start). But instead -- despite how annoyingly frustrating I must have seemed to the manager of Just Jeans Sylvia Park (I am talking about Becca -- that woman is worth soooo much more than you are paying her (*take note, Just Jeans senior management!") -- she remained calm (hey, I know, looks can be deceiving...lol) and went above and beyond to resolve the situation as amicably as humanly possible... and she did. I now have a replacement pair of jeans (that I swear I will treat like an incubator baby -- although I am the first to acknowledge that it's generally not acceptable to place babies in the wash, cold or otherwise...lol).

Thank you soooo much, Becca, for going all out to "delight your customer"... you totally 'GET' what real customer service is all about.

We went into the Glenfield shop, and I was completely impressed with Katherine’s customer service skill, she was friendly and very knowledgeable. Although the store is smaller to some of the other Just Jeans store, the merchandising was way better, and much better presented and much better shopping experiences. Will definitely go back there.

Brought 3 pairs of identical amaze jeans online, just different colors, 2 fit perfectly, 3rd are well too small. I took back to an actual store to save on having to pay return shipping as the fault was clearly the jeans not mine & was hoping to just swap them out with another pair the right size. I paid using afterpay, but they put the refund supposedly to my eftpos card, but after waiting all day for the refund to show, it still didn't. Rang the store, they then tried blaming my bank for the issue, and was nothing they could do. When I pushed this & said surely a manager could check all transactions to make sure it went through completely & got told, there was no manager or supervisor on today & that I should come back in again and they would give it to me in cash, as they didn't know what else to do. Just tried blaming it on my end. No jeans, no refund and now have to go back in again to try and sort it out. Unfortunately wouldn't purchase online from this store anymore, way too many issues which add a-lot on to the cost of the actual items you receive & mean I am running backwards and forwards to sort out. I believe the jeans were most likely incorrectly labelled, when I compared measurements to the other identical jeans, the measurements were different.

Now Downgraded to a 1 star, as I was told to go back and they would give me cash, so I did. Got there, instead she finally rang management, they said I had to wait 48hours to make sure it didn't show first (NZ Banks agreed months ago to process payments on weekend like normal, which is normally a 2hour window). So in 48 hours when it still hasn't shown up, I hope they can just do a direct bank payment, as I don't want to go back a third time due to being given bad information from weekend staff. Shouldn't be on alone if they don't know how to process refunds properly or even check. So now nothing to show for my money, they have jeans and money.

I learnt from previous shopping online with just jeans, if you are a size 16 please people order a size 14, or if you are a large order a medium, I have given the a 5 because 3 day's delivery, sizes are on point, and everything I order is exactly or even better than the picture, I order once a week from them , shirts, jacket, jeans, pants you name it I got it , VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER

Bought a dress from the store. There was an issue with it so it was organised to be posted to me. Trainee learning the ropes accidentally messed up my address so the dress was returned to the post office. My issue begins here. I had no tracking so had to deal with the head office. I was offered a refund or resend. I asked for a resend. Weeks later there was nothing. I phoned. Suddenly they're sold out and have to give me a refund. What happened to the dress they sent me originally? What happened to the notification that I was due a refund? I was put through to a supervisor to do a refund and after some time the phone rang and then just disconnected. Guess what time it was? 17:23. Someone wanted to go home. Now I have to go through the whole debacle again. I never would have got the$100 back if I hadn't followed up. How many others has this happened to?
