The team (Madhawa and Chanaka) arrived on time, were incredibly friendly, and got straight to work.I had a lot of items, including 2 sofas and a few large items. What really impressed me was how efficient they were—everything was cleared in under an hour.
They handled the whole job professionally and made what could have been a stressful clear-out feel effortless. It’s rare to find a service that’s this quick, courteous, and reliable.
Highly recommended, would 100% use them again!

Junk Hunters did a great job of taking away an extremely heavy fully-sprung kingsize mattress and sprung divan base from a basement flat up narrow stairs with a 180 kite winder! The team was very polite and extremely efficient and the job was competitively priced. I was kept fully informed and updated about arrival times etc, which was brry useful given Central London can be a bit of a nightmare! Highly recommended licensed and insured waste disposal company: with them, I could be sure my junk won't end up fly-tipped!!

Simple and efficient booking procedure. Realistic pricing. Friendly and efficient removal team on the day.

My property was empty. The arrangement to contact a neighbour for access went smoothly and the whole job was completed within the original quotation price. This means that the operatives removed the fridge, freezer, cooker, dining table and 4 chairs from a 2nd floor flat in a block with no lift, and loaded these into their van at speed! I received before and after photos immediately. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

I messaged late at night to organise a delivery for the next day. I took photos of all the waste that need to be collected and received a quote instantly which was a very fair price.

I was given a 2 hour time slot within 10 minutes of the confirmation.

On the day the collectors were on time and very polite. They were very professional and assisted in every way they could.

Also the customer service when messaging the company was brilliant. Very receptive and understand and I cannot fault this company at all!

From start to finish my experience with Junk Hunters was a positive one. All my requirements were professionally assessed, and all my questions were answered promptly and efficiently.

On the day of the furniture removal, the two-man crew could not have been friendlier or more efficient. They had all the pieces of furniture out the door, down the stairs and onto their truck in less than half an hour. A job very well done. Much appreciated.

Next day pick-up. Was kept advised of arrival time on the day. Fast , efficient & pleasant workers. Reasonably priced.

The Junk Hunters team were a 10/10. They were friendly, punctual and efficient. They removed all the junk from our house - including breaking down furniture so it could fit through the door. Highly recommend.

I use them every year for an annual office clear out.
Something feels different this year with the admin team - feels like a call centre perhaps, I'm not sure but not as easy to deal with. The driver does get lost every year which is a bit frustrating but once he's here, he and his colleague clear all the rubbish efficiently and the price is fair. I'll continue to use.

From the first call to pricing up the job this company were brilliant. The explained everything and answered all my questions in what was an emotional time. There response time was fast and booked in swiftly. The house was cleared as arranged and even checked whilst on site about a few extra items and removed them when I Confirmed I did indeed also want them taken.
