i recently emailed Julian Bowen regarding a part that i had broken whilst taking down my sons bed as we were moving, he was devastated as he loves buses, and thought that i was going to have to throw his bed away. Julian Bowen were very sympathetic and promptly sent me out the part that i had broken,for a small charge.
My son was overjoyed, and the part came within 3 days. I couldn't recommend them highly enough, thank you very much.

Purchased the Julian Bowen Padstow wardrobes in oak from Amazon. Got both the wardrobes pretty much built when I realised the hinges sent with both wardrobes were not going to fit. I contacted Julian Bowen customer services and dealt with a lovely lady called Leanne Martin. She was very very helpful and understanding to my issue and has now arranged for me to receive the correct hinges so I can get my wardrobes built. Thank you so much!!

I recently ordered a bed through Amazon, and unfortunately, part of the order was missing due to an Amazon carrier.

After speaking with Julian Bowen aftersales team member Stacey she was very helpful and quickly resolved my problem.

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Stacey from customer support (Aftersales), who handled the situation with exceptional care.

Stacey listened attentively, understood my circumstances, and promptly arranged for the missing box to be replaced free of charge. Thanks to her swift and thoughtful assistance, my 5-year-old son will soon have his new bed, and we're incredibly grateful for her help.

Her professionalism and kindness truly made a difference in resolving the issue, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

My experience with Leanne from customer services was excellent . Leanne was very quick to reply to my emails and soon sorted the missing parts that I needed,
even though my bed wasn’t purchased directly from Julian Bowen .

High quality product and customer service team (Leanne), but let down by minor damage to the unit and the item being sold with a colour of drawer knobs that are no longer available -- thus not matching other bedroom furniture.

The customer service team were amazing at helping me obtain the exact parts I needed. Both Chloe and Leanne were so patient and understanding. The response and replys were very consistent. Very satisfied and very appreciative for their support.

My son tripped and fell into the bunk bed (he’s fine), but snapped the top slat on the bed. I contacted Julian Bowen directly to get a replacement. Leanne P was brilliant. She was so helpful and has sorted out a replacement for me (I’ve paid for). Fantastic customer service.

I ordered a table and chairs, paid for them and on delivery only the table arrived, I rang customer services to be told the chairs were out of stock for another 7 weeks, I'd already disposed of my old chairs and now have a table and no chairs to sit at. Don't know how I was able to order them or have them delivered when only half of the order could be fulfilled

2 parts from our midsleeper bed were damaged in a recent house move. I emailed the customer service address and Stacey responded the next business day. Stacey was able to quote for the parts, process my payment and get the parts delivered 2 days later which was fantastic
