Got the Modcase for the Steam Deck. Unfortunately the kickstand broke, but they sent a replacement! The first replacement they sent got stolen from my mailbox, and so they sent another one. It seems they really want to take care of their customers.

Have bought many JSAUX products, all of great quality! Recently bought a 2-pack of screen protectors and one arrived cracked, JSAUX was quick to respond when I reached out to them about it and send a replacement.

My original package was unfortunately stolen, and I was really stressed about the situation. The JSAUX support team went above and beyond to help me. They responded quickly, were incredibly kind, and arranged a replacement package without any hesitation. They provided all the assistance and information I needed throughout the process, and their communication was outstanding.

It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about its customers, but JSAUX absolutely does. I’m extremely grateful for their support and professionalism. Highly recommended!

I loved the case I got from them. A few months after purchase they made a revision. I wanted to see if I could buy the little add-ons they made separate and they sent them to me on the house. This was amazing customer service!!

An excellent product I've been very pleased with. The metal stand did break after over-frequent use and when I asked their support where I could buy a replacement, they promptly sent me one for free.

I have really enjoyed all of my Jsaux products I own including my Mod case and carrying case for the steam deck. I also buy all my cords from them as well. I recently had my mod case kickstand break, but their customer service and responded quickly and agreed to send me a new one. Very impressed with their customer service. I totally recommend this company!

The support team was extremely responsive and made sure to check in multiple times through my support journey. They responded quickly to my issue requiring a replacement device and the process could not have been smoother or more expedient! One of the best support experiences I've encountered.

Recently got the ModCase (and other accessories) for my steamdeck and it has been my favorite case I've owned so far! I love all the features it has. Had an issue with the kickstand breaking and they immediately offered to replace my case. Customer service was user friendly and very quick. I've bought other JSAUX products before and will continue to buy due to their excellent CS and amazing products.

I was a bit scared to order first time and was upset when the item came with a small defect BUT the support team helped a lot and exchanged the item in no time, definitely will order again since this company gain my trust completely!

The kept me updated on my original order. Yes it was on back order in June. But well received. Just recent had the split case switch 2 joy on cover break. Didn’t drop, smash or anything like that. Reached out to them and got it replaced very quickly. Awesome products awesome customer service great value!!!! 3 of 4 switch 2 uses Jsaux along with my Ally X!!!! Great company.

After trying other brands, I chose the JSAUX PC0104 ModCase—and it’s been solid for nearly a year. When the kickstand finally broke, JSAUX’s customer service immediately sent a free replacement that arrived within four days, even over a holiday weekend. The swap was quick and simple, and my case feels good as new. Great product, great support—hard to ask for more.

Jsaux make excellent anti glare screen protectors. I have them on my Switch 2, Rog Ally and Legion S and they look great. I prefer the look of these screens with the protector, particularly the Legion. Something about the paper like fidelity is very appealing and easy on the eye. I’d call it an upgrade.

I had issues with applying the Rog version and contacted customer support who gave me help and sent me a replacement which arrived next day. I could not fault the service and will only have jsaux on my screens going forwards.

I love the products and the customer service! Had a problem with a powerbank, Nancy provided great support and i ended up getting it replaced.

I purchased a battery upgrade for my son's ROG Ally for Christmas. Unfortunately, In shipment the box was damaged. Ashley in customer service went above and beyond to help remedy the issue. I appreciated the kind response and support. I highly recommend JSAUX and can't praise their customer service enough.
