Wish I could give them 0 stars. Ordered kitchen with island for delivery 3/10. Kitchen arrived but no island. Wren wouldn’t speak to Rotherham’s and initially Rotherham’s tried to blame Wren. Finally after us calling both companies a everal times it was discovered that Rotherham’s had “forgotten” to make the island. Had to wait 2 weeks only to be told that it had to be templated...again, even though nothing had been altered. Once templated (which we were told that only two people in the country can template this particular island) the man who came said 1/ it didn’t need a specialist and 2/ didn’t need re-templating. Clearly delaying tactics as we were then told it would be another 4 weeks. Complained again and managed to quicken the procedure and delivery to today. Guess what! It hasn’t arrived. Called to complain...No call back from anyone from Rotherham’s....again. Have been promised calls - nothing. Have even written to Matthew Rotherham - nothing. Useless customer service, useless director, useless company. DO NOT USE. They will take the money from you via Wren (who are also useless...just passed the buck), then will not return calls or emails. I don’t even believe they contact the previous customers on here who complained - all pretence. I don’t believe anything they say or promise. Absolutely In breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Once is bad enough - but twice! Furious isn’t the word.

I ordered some surface cleaner for my Quartz worktop. Unfortunately, my message on the website to change the delivery address didn’t get through and the order was sent to the wrong address. However, when I rang JJ Rotherham to explain the error, they were very helpful and professional. Matt emailed me back later that day and sent me a new order with some extra cleaner as a gesture of good will. Thanks to Matt for such great service.

The worktop spray is fantastic for quartz and granite. Don’t buy anything else.

If i could i would give zero stars.
They made us wait for over a month despite being told 10 days. We struggled with our 8 month old and 3 year old without access to hob etc.
Extremely poor customer service.
I asked to speak to a manager on my first call and was told they are far too busy to speak to me!
When they did finally fit the worktops, the quartz was not level and there was a large very visible gap between the units and quartz worktop at either end. This was on top of a tower unit which was very visible to the eye.
They then forgot the upstand behind the sink and are still to fit this.
They have also scratched one of the cupboard doors as well as a very expensive £2k extractor hood whilst fitting the worktops which they are not willing to pay for
I was told by Wren that Wren have started their own stone worktop company due to all the issues they have had with Rotherams, even their own work men who visited the site were saying bad things about them.
Avoid using this company at all costs

John Rutter - in customer services was exceptional he has personally gone out of his way to help. I needed a refit on a worktop and my templating appointment for splash back needed to be cancelled. John sent me a care pack for my quartz and personally calling me back to give me my appointments
He was so empathetic towards my situation
It’s very hard to get good customer service these days I’m so grateful really lovely guy!!
Just hope everything goes smoothly!!

Came to fit my worktops but there was an error in the design they advised me on exactly what to do and how it would be done
Absolutely great guys thanks hopefully they wil be back to do my refit
Only thing is wren let me down I’ve had no contact by installation team only 1 phone call the rest I’ve had to chase up

I ordered my worktops through Wren Kitchens. There was some breakdown in communication between Wren and J Rotherham. I had arranged the dates for templating and fitting but received repeated reminders to arrange these already confirmed appointments. On phoning Wren, I was assured that all was well.

The fitters were punctual, courteous and worked efficiently. There was a problem caused by Wren's incorrect measurement of the hole for the hob which was corrected by the fitters. Not the neatest of jobs but all was concealed by the hob.

The fitted worktop is beautiful and overall, I am pleased with J
Rotheram. I would recommend this company.

Having been chased and chased by J Rotherham to get our template sorted and then given 7th November as our worktops installation date besides a text the night before providing a three hour slot to confirm they were attending, I removed our temporary worktops, sink and taps so the new granite tops could be easy fitted. After waiting the length of the three hour time slot, I BOTHERED to ring J Rotherham to enquire if they were still coming,
GUESS WHAT, THEY WEREN'T. They blame Wren for not delivering the worktops to the hub. What is wrong with this company. WHY DIDN'T SOMEONE IN THE COMPANY BOTHER TO RING ME AND SAY THE WORKTOPS WEREN'T COMING!!!It's called politeness and COURTESY.
Give me my time again and I wouldn't go near them or WREN Kitchens.

So I have had my rant and today the worktops were installed. All I can say is, they are first class. The tops look wonderful and are beautifully made, so much so I am afraid to use them as i don't want them to spoil. The fitters couldn't have been more helpful and very informative. I just wish the production side had worked more smoothly. Thank you

I have bought a kitchen from Wren and J Rotherham was the company to install my worktop. Initially, the first team sent by J Rotherham left me with a bad experience which is why I have given them 3 stars.
After such disappointment, I had another team today from J Rotherham and the experience was totally different.
I wish to praise the Josh Lane team (Josh, Jake and Liam) for their patience, integrity, and above all professional manner. They were fantastic and deserve a good review. I would appreciate you passing my comments to them. They are a credit to J Rotherham.
I would also like to praise Mr John Rotter at customer services for being so helpful and professional. He is also a credit to the company. Please pass on my comments to him as well.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever come across bad workman ship flaws liars etc etc stay well away from this company wrongly measured for one side larg gaps flaw on other won’t take responsibility for it say it natural flaw what a joke at our expense 5000 pound load of rubbish I can go on and on we got our kitchen from wren they use this company

After waiting a number of weeks for our quartz worktops to be installed was very excited and happy for the fitters to arrive. They installed the worktops that we’re absolutely lovely, the fitters were friendly and tidy all seemed lovely as our house project had come together and we can finally move back home! Until this morning went back to see the kitchen only to find a hairline crack at one end of the island that is just starting to creep onto the top of the island, phoned Rotherham’s immediately sent photos waited for a response - was asked when can you be there my reply was whenever just ASAP please, this continued throughout the day until I was finally told by Paige that we can’t do anything quickly it has to go to installations then planners then if they think the problem has to be looked at they will assess and arrange a visit! My reply was I do not want a repair I want a new worktop that I have paid a lot of money for to be told No that’s not what we do, Well let’s see what trading standards have to say about that! I am disgusted that nobody seems to have taken this seriously. Wren have been really good so far but after looking at other reviews it might be time for them to change the people who supply their worktops! This has taken all the excitement out of the completion of our new and very expensive kitchen. A response from Rotherham’s would be greatly appreciated.

The Fitters were prompt and did an excellent job and the installed Worktops look Fantastic.
I was impressed by the attention to detail and the Fitting Team consulted with me along the way.

The team arrived on time and installed the worktops quickly. They were extremely helpful in answering our questions and good advice re looking after the worktops. We are more than happy with the product and service.

I wished I had read these reviews before I had signed for my kitchen with Wren. The service from J. Rotherham is appalling. No ownership or responsibility taken for their errors and lack of robust processes and services.

Terrible customer service. We had confirmed installation of our worktops for today 4/11/19. Had received no time slot the day before. Have phoned the company and wren kitchens numerous times with no explanation regarding the 'no show'. Same as other reviews... I have taken the day off work and am left with tradesmen cancellation fees as well as an unfinished kitchen. Completely unacceptable.

-UPDATE- Once we had confirmed and rearranged a date they call us day of to tell us that they are unable to locate our worktops. So installation has been postponed again! FUMING!

I am disgusted with the service from J Rotherham. Wren have been fantastic but now the whole experience of a new kitchen is being ruined by unprofessional service by this company. We waited 4 weeks for our worktop only to be cancelled at 5pm the night before installation with the only explanation being its not ready. I wasted a day off as I couldn’t cancel it with such short notice. 4 days later and after calls made
and email sent (ignored) we have no new date. Lost complete confidence in this company and would not recommend at all. I can see by other reviews that this is not uncommon so god knows when they will sort out their end.
