Excellent service from start to finish, everyone I spoke to was more than helpful and they called back when they said they were going to which in my experience doesn't happen all that often. The worktops look amazing and were fitted by two really helpful installers who arrived when they said they would. Overall a prompt and reliable service and a top quality product.

Carnt fault them as a company . When they measured for the tops they checked twice to make sure it was right . Kept me up dated all the time . Had 2 young lads fit the work tops and they were great polite and cleaned up after them. Im very pleased thank you

This company is very poor on customer service. They have lost a piece of quartz for the kitchen. I have had to chase this up with them. Nobody gets back to me about it. I have to constantly call them. It is completely their fault that this has occurred. All they say is that I will have to wait over two weeks for this to be fitted. Terrible service. A total lack of customer care. I do not know why they even have a customer care department. They do not care. There has been no apology.

Thankyou so much for my amazing new quartz worktop, I love it, all concerned were very professional and faultless.

Failed to install this morning and failed to call to advise in advance. I had to call them - only to be told that they had advised Wren Kitchens first thing this morning that goods were damaged and had to be remade (why did they not just call me?). I don't believe it. Lack of care and customer service. Very disappointing.

Lovely Finished product, great service, and fantastic advise from both the man who came out to measure and the fitters.

My experience with J. Rotherham has been absolutely awful. They let me down with their originally scheduled date blaming the upcoming Christmas holidays. I spoke with Becky, the team leader three times and each time she let me down. Installers were a no show on Thursday and again today they have failed to show up. No explanation from J. Rotherham and a complete lack of understanding or caring on their part. Despite a paper trial of e-mails stating they would be here on the scheduled dates, no explanation of their unprofessionalism given.

Have to say pleasantly surprised considering reviews, which are mixed ....2 young guys who came were first class, nothing to much trouble, needed to alter work surface which they done as Wren made an error with sizing, but they completed it first class....

From templating to fitting there were no problems at all.All appointments for the templating and fitting were all as stated by email and text.The lads who fitted the worktop did a fantastic job and the finished product looks amazing.Thanks for everything.

You have been rated as zero star although the star system won’t allow me to do this. Such an appalling company to deal with including an awful customer service. We were awaiting the fitting of our quartz worktop today and was sent confirmation by text with detail of their proposed arrival time and guess what, nobody turned up and no message received. Rang them only to be told that they were not coming today as they could not locate the worktop. How they could not locate two large pieces of quartz worktop is beyond comprehension. The customer agent did not have a clue of what happened, when the worktop would appear and when this would be fitted, they could not care less. We have taken time off waiting for the fitters, employed a plumber to take the old sink in preparation and now asking the plumber to put the sink back in so that we can have something , all at extra costs that we hold Rotherham responsible for and would expect them to pay for all the extra expenditure. We only found out Of so many similar bad reviews on line for this company. We have asked the customer service agent to call us today to let us know of the arrangements for receipt and fitting of the worktop, we shall see if they come back with a firm decision.
In the interim, we wait and we have no worktop and gas hob cannot be fitted so no cooking facilities still after waiting for so long. What an awful company, service and customer care.Do not use this company.

From getting my worktop templated, through to getting it delivered and fitted. We had no problems and was pleased with the result.
The worktop is quartz, came in 3 sections to fit a ‘U’ shaped kitchen design, that included a peninsula with a sink and breakfast bar.
The overall look is great, and the product is just what I expected when I ordered it.

Initially I was told it would be 2 weeks from measuring to fitting worktops, however this was then 4 weeks.
The team of lads who installed the worktops were pleasant and worked well.
However the breakfast bar had 2 shiny marks on it which wouldn’t come out also I was not given any cleaning kit so wasn’t sure whether I should use something on it.
They sent someone to see to it and some other chips which should have been polished prior to installation. Not bad company was just a pain getting through to them and someone actually doing something about the problem.

Absolutely brilliant service from J Rotherham. They were punctual with their appointment times and carried out first class work. Highly recommend.

Ordered a Grey Onyx Corian Wortop from Wren who subbed this out to J Rotherham’s. It took over 3 months to finally have a worktop installed (read my other reviews for background and order number). Anyhow, the worktop installed is bevelled has noticeable discoloured joints which can be seen from a distance over 1 meter away and the patterns don’t line up. The upstands installed look xxxx. My worktop is like some crazy bent jigsaw....this is not what I was promised from Wren and Rotherham’s response is ‘tough....read your contract with Wren’ Utter disgrace of a firm! Believe me I will not go away nor will I rest until this is sorted and I get what I paid £5000 for!

Fantastic but slow installation. Cannot fault the measure or the installation, they have done a great job and the surfaces look fantastic. From measure to install was over 3 weeks though. We were told by Wren that it should be 5-7 working days and J. Rotherham never told us any different. I had to phone them after 5 working days to be told that it was 15-17 working days.

From first receiving an email with information and advice regarding templating amd installation, Rotherhams have provided us with excellent service. Our templating was done by Paul who was so informative and thorough, couldn't be faulted. When Chris came to do the installation, again we were blown away how knowledgeable about the corian worktops he was and how carefully they were fitted.
We are delighted with the finished product. Today I rang the service care team and spoke to John, who again was so helpful, regarding a care pack which he has arranged to arrive tomorrow. He also sent me a link for general advice on keeping the worktops pristine, which is very much appreciated.
In summary, we are delighted with our worktops, impressed with the service and would highly recommend Rotherhams to anyone.
