At TC, they have done the same exact thing to me and my family. The owners name is Jim Lippman. I wonder if he knows how his company is being ran.

All I need is a check reissued and I've called several times and been put on hold to where there was nobody on the other end so I'm sitting there looking really dumb because nobody's on the other line waiting for my call. I've left several voice mails and several emails nobody ever responds to. I wasn't even dealing with this property management company in the first place I was just applying at the Silverdale Ridge Apartments. I was denied so i was sent a refund of $250 but there was a problem with cashing the check so I need it reissued. When I called the apartment to get the check reissued they said that I have to get ahold of JRK Property Holdings because this is who they go through. I would say I'm being given a run around but nobody's even responding to me to get a run around.

First, let me start with the exterior of the building I live in, it's fine, it's maintained regularly, regardless of some plumbing problems.

The real problem is with the property manager and her snitches, informants, and trouble makers she has working for her. The deception and threatening attitude she has with tenants (I witnessed her threaten a man my first day here) and many problems she has caused me in general. These apartments at Somerset in LaMirada are very expensive only 43 units are on housing vouchers. However.

I have called a few times and Mr. Lippman hires people to be abusive and disrespectful in the office on Wilshire. Every time I have called Jessica answered and hung up on me refusing to hear what I had to say. Another time the manager was on vacation and some fat lazy girl filled in for her, who was only a leasing manager, (lying to me she was a property manager) refuse to help with the rent I needed to submit. She refused to answer the phones and I went to the office only to find she was sitting there the whole day with the phone lines off messing around on the internet.

Since I first lived here I have had many problems as Koreans who dominate the property threaten me with hara*ssing behavior, banging on my door, looking in my windows, tampering with my car, and disrupting my living space with banging on walls and floors with the hammer.

The manager has her underage kids doing her job late at night bothering me with paperwork that is not placed an envelope about my income on my door. When I questioned these kids at my door her daughter has a nasty rude behavior like her mother. I spoke with Jenny about this and her excuse was (oh, she was scared) what a big FAT lie!

Jenny has a pissy attitude very insecure and has her rat friend named Pattie (who is ONLY a tenant) going around gossiping with other tenants to get into other personal lives. Pattie reports back to Jenny causing chaos and giving her keys to other tenants' units and the front office.
Pattie has meddled in my finances too and gets into my personal business reporting back to Jenny making as*sumptions this is why I was being haras*sed about my income. Pattie is the kind of person who kisses as*s and will do anything to be a rat to hold onto what little she has.

You know the type. It's none of her business!!!. She claims to be a manager as she has told me, "the key holder" Pattie is NO MANAGER, she is not employed by Jim Lippman.

I simply asked to be left alone while dealing with my partner Dementia and don't bother us and I have had nothing but ongoing problems. Now with this virus bs. Jenny locks herself in the office and the laundry machine is in there, so now I have to struggle to load up my card with money so I can wash our clothes.

I knocked on the door recently and Jenny let me in but acted stupid with her favorite line "oh I got scared", this MORON was born scared of herself and her shadow, why don't you grow up that's what you need to do?

Jenny Cameron lies and tells me we all look out for each other that is a horse * sh**it excuse considering my partner has severe dementia and Jenny threatened and told housing authority lies about him to place a violation against him that wasn't true. I don't care if a person has a voucher or not we have legal rights. (violation #4402) tenants rights.

98% Koreans live here and one man, in particular, walks around with a golf club in his hand as if he wants to hit somebody. (Another rat for the manager).

Don't think for one minute because this place is a senior complex, it's peaceful, it's not, its a threatening environment on many levels. The Koreans are rotten and racists and the manager is not much better. I have encountered so much stress I myself have to check in with my own doctor while taking care of a man who is on Hospice.
I don't need this!

Mr. Lippman is just another rich white man who doesn't care his only concern is to raise the rent 4% every year!
