If I could put minus stars I would!!!
Joke of a company that do not reply to emails and do not bother paying for next day or guaranteed 1pm delivery as you don’t get your item!!!
Was due Saturday we are now Monday evening and still not here and I have heard nothing back from JPro
Would not recommend
They have now replied and tried to gaslight me to say my order was placed Saturday at 11pm which is rubbish as I paid to have it delivered on the Saturday so why would I order on the day???
I have email confirmation from them stating my order was received on Friday and I do not have my item- total liars

Hi Tina,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
I'm sorry that you were disappointed with your experience.
I can see that your order was placed just before 11:00pm on Saturday evening, when we were closed. Our opening hours are displayed on our website, and we operate standard business hours rather than a 24-hour fulfilment service.
Your order was dispatched on Monday and was sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Royal Mail collections finish at around 12:00 noon on Saturdays, and they do not deliver Special Delivery items on Sundays, so orders placed late on Saturday evening cannot be delivered until after the weekend.
We are disappointed to see that you left us a 1-star review for a service that was carried out exactly as intended. We appreciate that you were hoping to receive your order sooner, but on this occasion we processed and dispatched your order in line with our published opening hours and Royal Mail's operating schedule.
We hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity to serve you in the future.
Kind regards,
Olivia

Product was delivered swiftly
Product was delivered swiftly, I ordered several as I was having a back piece finished. It worked initially, but not as long lasting for me as others I have tried. Certainly, nowhere near the claimed duration of the adverts. May work better for others.
