I purchased the lip serum
I purchased the lip serum. Which allegedly is supposed to plump the lips. I must say I am very dissapointed with this product. This product does nothing to boost as it says.( Just a expensive lip gloss.) If you are a more mature women like myself this will not do a thing. Please dont waste your money.
It may look very nice yes if you are young and had your lips enhanced otherwise do not bother.

Dear Angela,
Thank you for taking the time to review our service. Premium Time Reverse Lip Booster is
glossy Lip Booster that helps lips appear smoother and fuller over time when applied daily. The product is purchased a week ago , we would recommend using it over time to see a better result.
Its gentle formula is ideal for sensitive skin and it’s rich in active ingredients, which work together to rejuvenate, moisturize, plump, and soothe the lips.
It can also be used in multiple ways: as a balm for an instant boost of hydration and volume, or as an overnight mask to maximise its nourishing benefits. No matter how it is used, the consistency is ultra-comfortable to wear, so can be applied day or night.
If you have a question about the product please do not hesitate contact us.

Dear Adiatu,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us .
We're sorry to hear you're not satisfied with the cleanser you bought from us.
The foaming is a gentle cleanser which removes surface impurities, excess sebum and make-up without disrupting the epidermal barrier. The product DOES NOT change a skin tone . The cleanser won't dry or irritate a skin . The product is vegan , cruelty-free.
You did purchase four cleanser in March , order no. 16192,16296,16239 and 16352. We've sent your package on time . The service provided by the team was efficient.
If you need have a further assistance regarding the products our expert are here to help . Please email our custmercare@joveen.com
Best regards,

EXCELLENT customer care
Last week I ordered Alleven Colour shield from Joveen. It was for my hen party and I’ll use it for my wedding.
There was a mix up with my order (which can happen), but Susan Brown
Senior Account Manager for Joveen went extra mile to resolve it. Not only it was delivered the day she promised, I also received a gift for me as a bride to be! This type of customer care really melts my heart. Thank you Susan! :)
Joveen really provides EXCELLENT care for their customers.
If you’re looking for hight quality products, fast delivery and excellent customer care, go for Joveen!
