They both helped us with our re-mortgage (Paul having helped us previously on our original mortgage) and I could not rate their services more highly. My husband and I instructed Jordan Lynch in respect of a residential mortgage (I am a barrister). Lucy Baxter was our mortgage advisor. We found Jordan Lynch in general, and Lucy in particular, excellent. Advice was prompt, targeted and user-friendly. Lucy was flexible and able to advise on a much larger mortgage / bridging loan at short notice when the need arose. She was very responsive to emails and always found time for a chat. Her excellent work took a lot of the stress out of the process. The price was very reasonable. We would recommend her & JL without hesitation.
