Security Tag left on
The Edinburgh store just off Princess street left the security tag on. I had to take a morning to go into the Glasgow store at the West End to get it removed. Except that store don't do security tags so couldn't take it off. That store were lovely and we swapped over the outfit over for the same outfit but without the tag. Luckily i had the recipient. 3 stars as the store alarm in Edinburgh clearly doesn't work and the lack of attention from the staff in that store. It's a shame as the quality of the little outfits are lovely. But you need a rounded service. Shout out to the lovely ladies in the Glasgow West End store for helping me out.

Consistently poor service and quality
Consistently poor service and quality. My first experience with Jojo was when I bought muslin’s when I was pregnant. I found a needle left in the stitching. Fortunately I found it before using the cloth so my baby didn’t come to harm but still, this company’s response to the incident was very underwhelming to say the least. I decided I would never shop here again however, my third child was given a tracksuit as a gift. After he had worn it once, the stitching became undone. Jojo would not help at all without proof of purchase, despite it being a jojo brand. For my third, I was also given a gift voucher for Jojo. I had to spend £4.95 of this voucher on next day delivery (the only option) and needless to say the delivery was delayed. I am a mother of three small children and don’t have time to be writing reviews but I wanted to make other mothers aware of the poor quality they may be spending a lot of money on.

I visited the Edinburgh store earlier this week and was disappointed in the choices available. The staff, who had be seconded from other stores, were very accommodating and helpful. In comparison my local store in Perth is so much better! The store is very well stocked, clean and inviting. The staff are also very friendly. Perth store will always be my first choice!

Personalised items warning!!
Be very careful when ordering personalised items on line!! I purchased an item entered the name, all looked great. When item arrived the last 2 letters had been left off? I contacted customer services who said only 8 letters can be used...absolutely nowhere on there website does it state this! Apparently its my fault because on the final order page it did show the name that would be shown...even though you can type in full name!! Im now left with a useless gift and need to buy a replacement gift!!
