I love reel so much. The delivery is amazing. You get product right away. And you are completely in control of the product you wanted. And you get notifications from reel team which makes it more wonderful. Definitely recommend to everybody.

I’ve had a horrible experience with this company. Their customer service team is extremely rude and unhelpful, they take a really long time to get back to you and have the worse attitudes. I requested a refund for my merchandise, and I am still waiting for it and I have to pay them 5% to return it back to me. On top of that my item was less than what I had saved, and instead of letting me know or refunding me. They kept the difference and I didn’t find out about it until I returned it. Worse company! Stay away!

Easy to use site got my Armani book bag in no time

The Reel was sn easy and painless way for me to slowly save and buy my wife a gift for her birthday. No interest and lots of savings with an option to pull out and get access to my investment at any time. My wife received her gift on time and in a well packaged. Obviously i could use cash or credit card but as a guy always up against the last min buying gifts for his girl this was an easy way to ensure success for her birthday. The Reel really helped me and delivered as expected.

I will say this from the last not so good encounter I had with reel I gave it another try and so far had reel in 2 new purchases and I will give credit where it’s due. Customer service has been excellent and shipping has been superb.

My first reel, I got the camera snapshot bag of Marc jacobs. The transaction went really smooth and got the bag on the said date! Planning on saving for the ysl bag soon with reel! After the first successful purchased, I am now trusting reel with more expensive items!

Pending contributions takes to long to hit your reel account. I also think it should be an option where you can delete an item you don’t want.

This is my first reel, I ordered a Gucci shoes and I’m happy it came before my birthday. My experienced with the customer service was great, I always get a prompt response from Shania & Ana, although I have not meet them but seeing their responses to my inquiries with their name and a happy smiling face (picture) makes me feel like they are my friends. Yoseline was also awesome reaching me out about shipping my item.
My only concerned is I wish there was more options for us about shipment, or at least the third party whoever they ordered our items to will give us more options such as insurance especially these items are expensive. I’m just more worried about people nowadays looting for packages from houses. You can be in the most safe or nicest area but still looters are everywhere. I’m glad I was off that day when I got my package and I was present when it came.
Overall, my experienced with Reel was great!!!!

why do people even bother buying items that cost up to 2,000 dollars when u can find similar things cheaper. this is a waste of time and money. and plus i saw a product that was literally a straw bag and it was like 700 dollars. the worst part was that it said pucci. like who wants a bag made out of rough straw that says pucci. it sounds like offbrand gucci and i personally think a straw bag shouldnt cost more than 20 dollars. and there were some beige pants with stripes that looked like they were from the 70s and were more than 2,000 dollars. come on kids stop buying this trash and shop like normal people. even if its $5 a day its not worth it for a straw bag.

When I first saw this website I thought that would be wonderful to save a small amount of money every day or every week and than get a luxury piece of something. I have already reeled 6 products but had an issue with customer service every time I try to reach out to them. It feels like they giving me an attitude when I ask for something that the customer service usually does. (I put the right address and the delivery guy calls and says that the address is different; it says that I will get an order by ,for example, July 1st, and I get it on July 16th (two weeks) , and yes July 1st was after the pending contributions and all that stuff.
Overall, yes, I love the idea and will be using the website, but I am 100 % unhappy with the customer service.

I've seriously had such great experiences with reel (both the website and customer service). I contact customer service a lot and they're always so sweet and helpful. They're constantly updating reel too and I love every new feature. (The ability to transfer funds from one reel to another is AMAZING, THANK YOU)

I have reached out to them 3 times already & I have yet to receive a response. At this point I regret ever using them. I do not recommend them to anyone .

This is a worse website ! I wouldn’t recommended to anyone, so looking forward for the shoes that I have been saving for and when I finally got it it’s the wrong size , so now I am waiting for my refund !!!!!

This is the worst website ever. I ordered some shoes and the shoes wasn’t right and. They give me a refund since July 11. I still didn’t get my money. I need my money ASAP

Awesome website with an awesome idea. I’ve reeled 2 items so far and I’m close to reeling my third. As a college student I don’t have a ton of money to throw down all at once on luxury items I want so this is a great way for me to save a little every day/ week. Hopefully I don’t run into any issues in the future but the customer service is great and get back fairly quickly which is awesome b

The worst service I ever had to deal with!!! When I started to Reel and the price was 283 and when I finished paying they sent me an email saying that the price went up $485 dollars sad... now they want to take 10% from my money to give me a refund!!!
