The staff were first class, MOT undertaken while we waited, gave us coffee and biscuits. Kim was very helpful, along with the workshop. Ordered a new discovery sport from Mike, delivery October. First class service

I had a bit of a long day
I had a bit of a long day, quite a long drive up and expecting to have approximately a 1.5 hour wait while my car was serviced, on arrival I was told that there was a recall on the steering rack to be done also, ended up being over 6 hours waiting, a long time when you’ve got nothing planned, if I’d been told beforehand I could’ve made plans. The girls that dealt with me were very good and kept me updated through the day. Overall the service was very good just a pity about the long day.

Exciting new car!
After a number of delays I was able to secure my new Range Rover Sport.
Despite recessions being able to get a new RRS is far from easy but after putting down a deposit many months ago I was able to spec and secure my car.
What a car it is as well. Pentland made sure the experience was a great one with a weekend taster prior to pick up and me being able to select my date for collection.
Mike was very helpful as always and the little things we decided were correct - fixed steps rather deployable. The colour which he phoned me to come and see on another car.
Really enjoying it and great to deal locally.

LOVELY PERSONALISED SERVICE
The staff in Elgin in all departments do their utmost to make sure that each customer is treated as an individual. Our Discovery Sport was in for a diagnostic repair and this was completed on time. There is an ongoing intermittent fault which is currently under investigation but the time taken is because it is a very mysterious fault that is not showing up under normal diagnostics. But that this fault has not yet been solved has not been for want of trying. Very grateful for everyone’s efforts.
